Olga Shkrobot is an accredited master, champion of Ukraine, Top business lady, winner of the international IBA 2023 award, author of educational programs ... A woman who combined tenderness and strength, vulnerability and invincibility. Her story is the path from a dream without guarantees to the top of the beauty industry, where every choice becomes an act of art, and every word is a support for those who are just starting out. This interview is a manifesto of beauty, dignity and courage to be yourself.

Mrs. Olga, today you have become the main character of the cover of BOMOND VIP fashion magazine in the project "Woman of Modernity". Tell us, please, what is the image of a woman in your eyes in the modern world?

The image of a woman in the modern world is multifaceted and strong.

It is no longer limited by stereotypes. A modern woman is someone who chooses her own path, who to be, how to look, how to feel, how to love. She can be gentle - and at the same time decisive. She can raise children and build a business. You can be vulnerable and stay strong.

For me, a woman of modernity is about freedom, dignity and inner light. It's about the courage to be yourself — real, imperfect, alive. It's about believing in yourself, supporting others, and keeping love in your heart — for life, for the world, for yourself.

I really liked your words, which you left in one of the posts: "Believe in yourself, because only you have the keys to your fate. You are the queen of your life, and it is up to your decisions what your path will be.” How did you start your personal history in the beauty industry?

Thank you for these words. They are very personal because they reflect my path.

My beginnings in the beauty industry were not perfect. I started from scratch - without a financial cushion, without support, with only a dream in my heart. It was scary. But I knew one thing: no one but me would make my life the one I dream of.

I studied at night, worked during the day, believed when no one around me believed. And it was then that the phrase that became my motto was born in me:

You are the queen of your life. And only you decide what it will be.”

The beauty industry for me is not about “paint — and it will be beautiful”. It's about transformation, inner strength, about the moment when a woman looks in the mirror and sees not just makeup, but a new self - strong, confident, worthy of the best.

I know for sure: each of us can do more than we think. You just need to take the first step - and not betray your dream. Everything else is a matter of time, faith and action.

Accredited master, champion of Ukraine, Top business lady, winner of the international prize IBA 2023, author of educational programs ... your path inspires and deserves respect. What advice would you give to those who are just taking the first step into the world of beauty?

To those who are just taking their first steps in the world of beauty, I want to say:

Don't wait for the perfect moment, act now.

You don't have to know everything, have a “perfect hand” or dozens of certificates to get started. Everything will come with experience. The main thing is self-confidence, the desire to develop and constant action, even if it's scary.

In the beauty industry, the winner is not the one who had everything from the very beginning, but the one who did not give up after the first criticism, the first refusal or the first unsuccessful customer.

I myself went this way - from doubt to victory, and I know for sure:

Success comes to those who choose not to stop.

Be brave, unique, don't be afraid to show yourself.

And remember: beauty begins with you — with your energy, decisions and strength of spirit.
