In the December issue of BOMOND VIP fashion, we open a new page of female power - special, professionally honed. A page where the aesthetics of the method weighs no less than the result, and science sounds more convincing than any trend.
The face of the DIGITAL cover was Olena Arutiunova - the founder of ARUTIUNOVA SKIN HEALTH CLINIC, the author of her own line of cosmetics, the best expert of the year 2025 in the field of dermatology and innovative skin care methods. A woman for whom beauty is not a decoration or an industry, but a universe created out of respect for the nature of the skin and for man himself.
We talk with Mrs. Olena about the origins of her philosophy, about honesty in care, about women's passion for life and about the love that is born in everything that is created by the heart.

Mrs. Olena, today I am infinitely happy to see you in the role of the main character of the DIGITAL cover of the December issue of BOMOND VIP fashion. You are so inspired to flourish in your own business! Please tell us, what was the beginning of your personal story to the role of the founder of ARUTIUNOVA SKIN HEALTH CLINIC and the developer of her own line of cosmetics?
My story began long before the clinic or my own line of care cosmetics appeared. Even during my studies in medicine, I was fascinated by the idea of preserving and strengthening the natural beauty of a person, rather than masking it. I have seen how much a person's well-being can change when he feels harmony with his appearance.
Over time, I realized: I want to create a space where dermatology will be not only about skin treatment, but also about its regeneration, long-term health, individual protocols and respect for naturalness. This is how ARUTIUNOVA SKIN HEALTH CLINIC appeared.
And my own line of cosmetics has become a logical continuation of my philosophy: the patient should receive competent care not only in the doctor's office, but also at home - every day, in simple but effective rituals.

I am impressed by your view that people are the main source of inspiration in work. How exactly is this reflected in the approach to the patient and in the creation of products of your line? What values have become the main ones in the philosophy of SKINCARE BY ARUTIUNOVA MD?
I always start with the person, not the problem.
When you see not a "rash", not a "pigmentation", not a "sensitivity", but a person who wants to feel confident, your work becomes different.

There are three key values in this philosophy:
1. Individuality.
There are no universal methods — there are only personal solutions.
2. Scientificity.
Everything we use is based on evidence-based dermatology, without compromise.
3. Respectful delicacy.
My approach is not to change a person, but to restore, strengthen, balance.
I put the same principles in my line: formulas are not "for everyone", but for the needs of specific skin conditions, with carefully selected concentrations that do not harm the barrier.

What is the image of a modern woman in your eyes?
A modern woman is a combination of strength and tenderness.
She is not ashamed to love herself, appreciates her uniqueness and accepts her own rhythms. She is not afraid of change, but makes them when she feels an inner need, not when she dictates a trend.
For me, a modern woman is one who lives in truth with herself.

Today I would like to bring up the topic of day and night skin care. What must be in each of these rituals and why should we not confuse their functions?
Day and night are two different skin conditions.
Therefore, care should not be the same.
The daily ritual is primarily protection.
• gentle cleaning
• antioxidants
• moisturizing
• SPF - if necessary
During the day, we fight against aggressors: ultraviolet, polluted air, free radicals.
Night care is recovery.
• acids
• reparative complexes
• thicker creams for the barrier
At night, the skin works more actively: it regenerates, renews, so it is then that we can give it "working" ingredients.

What ingredients or categories of cosmetics would you advise those who have skin prone to irritation, and which ones to look for in the composition as "useful markers" of the product?
It is worth avoiding:
• aggressive flavors and dyes
• alcohols in high concentrations
• rigid surfacters
• excessive amount of acids in daily care
• abrasive scrubs
Search for "useful markers":
• ceramides
• niacinamide
• panthenol
• Asian centella
• squalane
• prebiotics for the microbiome
• azulene, allantoin, baobab
It is a base that supports the barrier, soothes and makes the skin less reactive.

Your status as the Best Expert of the Year 2025 in the field of dermatology and innovative skin care methods deserves special attention. What would you advise those who are just starting their own path in this area. Which decisions really lead forward and which ones are better left behind?
First of all, don't rush.
Nowadays, speed is often overestimated, but real skills require time, practice, and mistakes.
My advice:
1. Learn from those who live by medicine, not trends.
2. Remember that ethics is more important than before/after photos.
3. Don't try to please everyone — choose your direction and go deeper.
4. Always look at a person wider than their skin.
The decisions that lead forward are honesty, systematicity and empathy.
What is worth leaving behind is excessive promises, the pursuit of fashion and the fear of being yourself.

Let's imagine that right now every woman on the planet will receive a letter from you with a message. What words would you like to write, what meaning between the lines to leave?
I would write to her like this:
"You are enough.
You are beautiful not because you meet someone's standard, but because you are unique.
Take care of yourself not out of duty, but out of love.
Allow yourself to rest, dream, create and change the way your heart wants.
Your strength is in your tenderness for yourself.”
