Olha Mostova is the author of the book "Restart your reality", a spiritual mentor, energy practitioner, author of meditations and leader of female transformations. In a new interview on the pages of BOMOND VIP fashion, we talked about the path to a conscious life, about internal resistance, financial thinking and partnership without old scenarios. About a woman who is a dreamer by nature, and about the unconditional need to allow herself beauty, care and pleasure without guilt. DIGITAL cover today is dedicated to a beautiful philosophy in which being a woman is a gift.

Ms. Olha, I am very pleased with our interview today. And I will start with the words that became the key to the first acquaintance with you: "Ambassador of femininity" ...I am extremely impressed by how you position yourself. Please tell us how you came to your business, what was the turning point when you realized that helping people is your vocation?
The phrase "ambassador of femininity" did not appear immediately. It took me time to honestly formulate my mission. Today, I call myself an "ambassador of happiness and femininity," because for me, femininity is primarily an inner state in which a woman feels alive, valuable and fulfilled.
My journey began with a crisis. After the second divorce, I literally lost myself. On the outside, I looked like a strong woman who could cope, but inside I lived in a state of victim - I was constantly waiting for support from someone and did not feel inner support.
It was then that I began deep work on myself: psychotherapy, courses, women's practices, mentoring. One of the courses was dedicated to femininity - and it became a turning point. It was the first time I saw a woman who did not "fend a woman", but simply was her. Her gestures, voice, movements, look - everything in her conveyed the feminine state.
I literally fell in love with the image of my mentor: her gestures, body language, manner of speaking. She was a woman in everything - and I realized that I wanted the same.
Then I realized: I "returned home" - to the real me.
I began to translate this knowledge into my life. And very quickly I noticed the changes: a different attitude of men, a different attention, a different quality of life. And suddenly began to hear compliments from other women. Not for appearance, but for state. For the way I move, speak, even remain silent.
So I realized that my experience is not just mine. And that I can help other women go through this path consciously. This is where my "Secret of Prosperity" mentorship was born, where I share the knowledge and practices that changed my life and change the lives of the women I work with.

What definition of femininity would you give? What is the image of a modern woman for you?
Femininity cannot be described in one word. For me, femininity is a natural lightness and an inner spark that lights up space.
It inspires men, artists, brands, creates beauty in the world - from art to perfumes.
It is important to understand: femininity does not need to be "created". It is in every woman from birth. But upbringing, family scenarios, culture can either support it or muffle it. Most often, the first role model is a mother or grandmother. We imitate a lot from the women who surround us.
A modern woman, in my opinion, can be strong, realized, financially independent - and at the same time soft, sensual, lively. I really like the fact that there are now many mentors and projects in Ukraine that help women not only achieve career success or be housewives, but also feel that they are something more.

You speak very enthusiastically about the harmonization of the internal state. What, in your opinion, is the first sign that there is an imbalance inside a woman and where does the path to recovery begin?
The first sign is eyes without lights, without fervor, without the desire to live. Often this is due to the fact that a woman gives herself only to work or does not pay attention to herself (not interested in her appearance, does not flirt, does not flirt, is very restrained and "squeezed"). Such a woman, most likely, feels inferior and ceases to feel like a woman next to men or next to her chosen one.
When a woman cannot talk about her desires, ask, accept, relax.
I know this from my own experience. In the first two marriages, I was an "equal partner" who pulled everything on myself. Now I'm just a woman, and I'm working on it, because since childhood I've been surrounded by women who can do everything themselves. Now I allow my husband to be strong: open the door, carry packages, take care of me and my condition. And my responsibility is to be an inspiration and a woman, not a mother and a rescuer.
A woman is a dreamer by nature. It is important for her to admire herself, to take care of herself, to allow beauty and pleasure without guilt. This is where the balance begins.

Do we often encounter our own weaknesses in a relationship? How to understand when the partnership really supports development, and when it only keeps in old scenarios?
Old scenarios begin where a woman ignores her needs for the comfort of others.
When she is forbidden to invest in herself: in health, education, rest, care - it is no longer a partnership, but control.
Real support looks different. It should be mutual, that is, not only you support, but also support you.
When a man sincerely rejoices at your changes, notices your fatigue, offers help, supports your development.
One of my clients at the mentorship recently shared a story: the man himself took the children and let her go to the cinema alone, and in the evening he organized a romantic dinner. It was a turning point for her - for the first time she allowed herself to simply take care.

Once I heard the phrase: "Our wallet is a reflection of our consciousness." How do you explain the concept of financial blocks and where to start to open access to greater financial freedom?
This statement is 100% true to reality.
Money is energy. And how much we allow this energy to pass through us can be seen in our lives. We often cling to money and are afraid of losing it, instead of understanding that it should "move and work" for us.
Financial blocks are not about the lack of opportunities, but about internal prohibitions:
"I can't," "I don't deserve it," "I'd better be patient."
Interestingly, these blocks are often beneficial to us. It's easier to complain than to change. That is why in my book "Restarting Reality" I also pay attention to the topic of thinking and why we live this way and with such financial prosperity.
The beginning is always the same - honesty with yourself and willingness to work.
The journey begins with an honest question: what is the benefit for me now? What does it give me?
The answers may surprise you. It is better to answer these questions in writing.

Today, many people talk about self-awareness, but not everyone understands that this is not a trend, but a process. How do you explain the difference between “self-development for a picture” and real inner work?
True inner work is in silence, often alone. It's not for social media and it's definitely not about quick results.
It happens when no one sees: in everyday habits, in difficult choices, in honesty with oneself.
"For the picture" is a rush and comparison. It leads to burnout, because we do not live our lives, but try to imitate. I've often come across this myself. We always want a "quick pill" here and now, but we don't have time to change our consciousness so quickly. Therefore, the real internal work is your own pace, your crises and your transformations.
I always tell women in mentorship: it's not about fast, it's about quality and about your depth.

If you could address every woman who is now looking for an answer to many internal questions ... what would you say, what message did you leave?
You are already enough. Already valuable. Already beautiful.
Just because you are a woman.
Being a woman is a gift: the ability to inspire, create, fill the space with life. Smile at yourself right now and allow yourself more. Explore yourself, watch how you change not only yourself, but also the reality around you.
You are more than you think.
