Oleksandra Radkevych. About the truth as the main value, one’s own story and frankly about the vision of success

This is not the story of a fairytale princess who became a queen. This story is about a woman who knows the value of choice in the rhythm of life, where business and personality are transformed into art.

Today, on Ms. Oleksandra's Birthday, we present an interview in which there are no random words, but only the frankness of a woman of our time.

Mrs. Alexandra, today I want to start our interview with your words, which I am very impressed: "The eternal struggle of the inner parts in the soul of every living person. They won't write about it in the newspaper. There are no heroes in her. This struggle is life.” Please tell us what was your personal history before the role of a financial and business coach?

I probably won't console readers with another story about Cinderella, who became the Queen. I have always looked at my life path from the point of view of my inner state. And he was, to put it mildly, rarely when satisfactory. I was often depressed because I felt very subtly the people and the atmosphere around me. As in every Ukrainian family that survived the border of millennia, the financial condition was far from satisfactory. But the truth is that now it is difficult for me to judge the complexity of my path as I perceived it before. I now see that there were other resources in place of the desired financial prosperity: grown homemade food, prepared with the love of my grandmother, communication with brothers and sisters, the family circle, which, both quarreled and united for the holidays.

There was a moment of denial of everything material as unimportant, after which, of course, I covered up my childhood pains. When I became acquainted with the method of arrangements, I learned about the laws of systems. It was the moment when I felt that I finally understood something about this world. After that, I was able to see the strength of my kind, my parents and, most importantly, my strength. I continued to work as a freelance translator in combination with 24/7 motherhood. There was also a forced separation from her husband so that he could provide for a family with three children. Then war, moving to another country and, finally, a cardinal decision to change your life. The long-awaited family reunion. The unrealized dream of becoming a psychologist has played with new colors. And I went to learn a new profession (after 10 years of acquaintance with the brilliant method), which I never regretted.

I got my own attitude to money and other resources, and not imposed by systems - family, social. To say that I have now reached the point of satisfaction of my needs will not be true. My life path continues, as does the lessons that fate has saved for my development. But now I am exactly at the point where I accept my life as a creator. That's why I chose financial and business coaching. I help entrepreneurs or those who plan to become them to survive themselves as the creators of their own system. When I think about it, I get ant and I am filled with gratitude for my life path.

Today you became the main character of the cover of the project "Woman of Modernity". What is the image of a modern lady in your eyes?

In your magazine, every heroine is beautiful. Everyone has their own dream-goal, everyone goes to it through their overcoming. Everyone has the courage to declare themselves, not only to show their value, but also to feel it themselves. And there are so many women whose history will remain unknown, but no less interesting.

In my opinion, a modern lady should be characterized not by an external portrait, but by an internal state. This is the one who continues to live life every day, feed the family, communicate with friends, dream of "tomorrow and next year", even though there are explosions outside the window or a foreign country. Gives birth to children or does not give birth for her own reasons. It has its weaknesses, extremes, passions. Makes a career or lives one day.

We live in a time when a woman can say "STOP" to the expectations of society, because she knows exactly what she wants. A modern woman is more than all her roles.

I like that talking about money is not something wrong now. That this topic in our time can be revealed through many facets and much deeper. What, in your opinion, are the most popular false positions in relation to money? What really prevents people from being successful? What kind of thinking do you think is correct?

I like it too. Previously, this topic was taboo and deleted from the list of topics for conversation of cultured people. And what we avoid or deny automatically leads to a violation of the laws of systems — namely the law of belonging.

Money is the blood of society. They move life in society, nourishing all its organs - a direct analogy with the human body. So, avoiding, being ashamed of such an important component of the social organism, people themselves create problems. The other extreme is to consider money as the only resource without which you can't buy anything. In my opinion, the task of humanity at this stage of development is to realize the role of money without falling into extremes.

As for success, this topic, in my opinion, is also overestimated. The success of the social media format is a grotesque form that causes fatigue and oversaturation. It is presented by opinion leaders in the interpretation of "time to have time for everything". But as soon as I imagine, for example, my life at the moment when I have time for everything, this is a point for me. The end of life. What's next?

My format of success is to be able to appropriate the achievements that I already have, and also to have a desire to live on, to want something from life, my own, and not imposed by the picture.

Here I am, a mother of three children, who only recently changed her profession and began to realize herself in a professional role. The daily routine with children is something very far from success, young mothers will agree with me. But then comes the moment when the house is quiet and you have time to finally think about yourself - the main thing is not to start flipping through the tape and comparing yourself with others. For me, success here is to recognize my great role as a mother and agree that it will take a certain amount of time and strength of your life.

But no one will take away this life experience. And the time will come - exactly when you want, you will be ready - and you will be able to manifest yourself in other social roles. This is, in my opinion, success.

In my formula, money is not equal to success. In general, it is very interesting, but behind the figure of either money, success, or self-realization, each person has something different, and each of my client cases confirms this.

In my understanding of business, it is ACTION that becomes the best tool when we step towards dreams, goals and generally a better life. What steps would you personally highlight for those who are just starting their own business?

Definitely the action. This is what separates entrepreneurs from the rest of the people. First I do, and then I doubt. And this is a very cool skill. Water sharpens the stone. For beginners in business, I would advise you to accept the fact that there will be mistakes, that failures are part of the road to success, to a new life. Because beginners often make fewer attempts than successful people make mistakes.

But also, in my opinion, it is important at the beginning of the implementation of the business plan to check with a specialist whether your business has a personal context that can interfere with the development of the business.

For example, in the placement field, you can clearly see when the owner is trying to prove something to mom or dad through the business. And outwardly, this will manifest itself in the fact that the business does not bring profit, although it should, because all external actions were done correctly.

Or the irresistible thirst to have a business partner in each business project may indicate the presence of lost brothers or sisters (abortions, miscarriages by parents) in the owner. The sooner the personal context is worked out, the faster the business will work.

On the other hand, there are fans of working out when there is no time to take action behind internal self-digging. And it seems that I still have to work on it, and I'm ready for business. Not at all. My approach is this: we don't dig in our heads once again, only when it really prevents us from moving towards the goal.

Often the business does not generate income only because the owner has internal financial constraints. Then yes, it's worth removing them to allow yourself to create larger amounts. After all, that's what business is created for – both to serve people and to generate profit. Both components must be present.

What values have become the foundation in your work? Each of us has our own business — it's not only victories, but also challenges. What is your secret of balance in times of turbulence? Have you personally had a burnout?

My main value is truth, which I have always confused with justice. I once had no idea that the truth could be a tool and that it would become my profession. As you know, the arrangements work precisely because of the proclamation of the truth in the placement field, because of which the client receives healing from his situation.

I have watched dozens of times in my life how recognizing the truth in the most critical situations gave me an impetus to get out of these situations, and most importantly — a vision of the way out. The truth is often unpleasant. "The truth of the eyes is picking," as they say. However, it is healing.

And the truth is that I doubt very much that I have reached a balance. I'm tired, angry, cheerful, full of strength. My secret is that only recently I began to accept my various manifestations, but I am still learning to endure them ecologically - not on your neighbors and not on myself, but through bodily exercises.

And I also learn to feel when the resource ends before it's too late and the dragon wakes up. If you start filling up in time, then burnout will be a rare phenomenon. Well, contact with the body is a mustave.

I would like us to imagine now that absolutely every woman, wherever she is, will read your words. What message would you like to leave? What are the meanings of conveying?

You did it! Even if you think it's not right now. Even if you cry into the pillow at night from fatigue, fear or actions you regret.

You did it! Even if you make a mistake or continue to do it.

You did it! You are valuable, and all your feelings are important. All your mistakes are your awareness. They are proof that you are alive.
