"Don't be afraid of mistakes, they form experience"
She has an art that can not only decorate, but also have an important meaning for the inner state of a woman. Katrin Shkinder - European coach in permanent makeup and mini tattoos, jury and sponsor of championships, transforms the technique into the direction of confidence. In a new interview for BOMOND VIP fashion with Ms. Katrin, we talked about creativity that dictates beauty, experience and values in today's world.
Ms. Katrin, today you became the main character of the cover of BOMOND VIP fashion. Your path in life is inspiring. Tell us, please, how was the beginning of your personal story before the role of the European trainer in permanent makeup and mini tattoos?
My story began with a great passion for art and cosmetics. I have always been amazed at how color and shapes can emphasize a woman's individuality. Over time, I realized that permanent makeup and mini tattoos are not only technical skills, but also a way of expressing yourself and helping others.

What is the image of a modern woman in your eyes?
In my eyes, a modern woman is a confident, independent person who knows how to combine traditional values with new opportunities. She strives for self-development, is ready for change and accepts herself as she is.
I am very impressed that you consider the role of a judge in championships as an opportunity to plunge into the world of art and experience. What do you think are the main components of skill? Is the emotional connection with customers really one of the key?
I believe that the main components of the skill are technical knowledge, creativity and emotional connection with customers. It is this connection that allows you to understand the needs and desires of women, which is embodied in a high-quality result.

Business, vocation, the work of life ... this path is always about ups and downs, a tandem of victories and defeats that become a priceless experience. What moment in your career is the most memorable? What was the happiest? And which one became a turning point?
The happiest moment in my career was when I first saw how my work changes a client's life for the better. The turning point was when I decided to take a chance and take part in an international competition, which gave me a new experience and recognition.
In the modern world, permanent makeup has become a manifestation not only of a cosmetic procedure, but also of a part of a woman's confidence. Have you noticed this effect of working with appearance on the internal state?
Yes, I noticed that permanent makeup can significantly increase a woman's confidence, because when she feels beautiful on the outside, it is reflected in her internal state.

If you could address yourself at the beginning of your career, what would be your main advice?
At the beginning of my career, I would advise myself to be patient and believe in myself. It is important not to be afraid of mistakes, because they shape our experience and teach us.
