"Everything big, as a rule, begins with a return to yourself," Diana Romanchenko, a healer, psychologist, and energy practitioner, is convinced.

In the new editorial material of the BOMOND VIP fashion magazine, we talk about internal conflicts, hidden scenarios that affect financial realization, the power of female energy, the restoration of internal resources and the path to life, in which a person ceases to live according to imposed expectations and begins to choose himself. It is a conversation about inner resistance and conscious choice.

Mrs. Diana, I am close to your opinion that life changes from the state in which we live every day and from the state in which we make our decisions. Please tell us what your own path was: what internal decisions led you to your appointment as a quantum psychologist and energy practitioner?

I do not believe that a person finds his destiny just because one day he understands what he wants.

My path was different.

I came to this profession not out of curiosity. I came because of the need to find answers to the questions on which my own life depended.

For many years I have been looking for the reasons for what happened to me. I worked with psychologists, went through various areas of therapy, spent years in healing support, learned from strong specialists and invested huge resources in my own recovery and training.

However, over time I realized: very often we try to change what has already been the result, almost without asking ourselves about the real root cause.

I have always been interested not only in the manifestations we see today, but in what has become their true cause.

Why one person has the strength to create, implement his ideas, build harmonious relationships and go through life's challenges, while another, having the same opportunities, lives for years in exhaustion, inner struggle or a sense of powerlessness.

It was then that I began to explore a person not only through the prism of psychology, but as a holistic structure, where the body, psyche, internal state and life results are inextricably linked.

One of the most important realizations in my life sounds very simple: we don't live according to our desires. We live according to our state.

It is from the state that we make decisions. It is from the state that we build relationships. It is from the state that we create our own future.

Therefore, today my work is born not only from knowledge or professional training. It is born from many years of personal experience in finding the answer to the fundamental question: what really determines the quality of human life?

And the longer I work with people, the more I am convinced that when a person's internal state changes, it is not a separate sphere of his life that changes. The trajectory of all life changes.

If you were an artist and created a portrait of a modern woman, what would this image be like on the canvas? What traits, states and meanings would you put into it? What kind of woman do you see today?

If I were an artist and created a portrait of a modern woman, I would paint not an ideal image, but a living woman.

A woman who fell many times and found the strength to get up many times.

A woman who has learned to be strong, but at the same time has not lost the ability to feel, love, trust, renew herself and maintain a connection with her inner nature.

It seems to me that a modern woman is living a very difficult period. She is simultaneously expected to be successful, fulfilled, care for loved ones, inner harmony and the ability to cope with any difficulties.

However, behind this external force I very often see fatigue.

I see women who are used to being a support for everyone around them, but have long stopped asking themselves how they feel.

That's why today for me the real female power is not to endure everything. It consists in the ability to stay in touch with yourself.

Know your true desires. Hear yourself. Do not betray yourself for the sake of other people's expectations.

That's the kind of woman I see today. Not perfect. Not flawless. And alive, deep and true.

Because it is, in my opinion, that most women are looking for today, and not a new role, a new mask or another successful version of themselves.

And her greatest beauty is not how she looks, but that after all the trials of life, she is still able to keep an open heart, the depth of her soul and the desire to live life to the fullest.

Many people face an internal feeling of stagnation, as if there is a desire to move forward, but at the same time there is a certain internal prohibition of action. After all, the psyche often chooses security, even if it restrains development. How do you think this condition is formed? And what steps can help a person get out of this circle and allow himself to move forward?

In my opinion, one of the most common mistakes is that we perceive stagnation as a problem of motivation, willpower or character.

In fact, very often a person does not move forward not because he does not want change, but because he does not have enough internal resources for these changes.

We are used to judging ourselves by actions. But any action requires energy.

If energy is not enough, the psyche will choose the familiar and safe, even if a person consciously strives for a completely different life.

That is why in my work I consider a person not only through the prism of psychology or behavior. I see a person as a complex energy-information structure in which the body, psyche, emotional state, energy level and life results are closely related.

Very often the reason for stagnation is not that a person does not know what to do next. She knows. But a significant part of its internal resource is spent faster than it has time to recover.

In my practice, I often see that there are deeper processes behind this — the violation of the integrity of the human energy structure, through which there is a constant loss of resources. In this state, a person can work on himself for years, but feel as if he is moving with the handbrake on.

That is why my work begins not with setting new goals, but with the restoration of the resource. First, it is necessary to eliminate what leads to its loss, restore internal resistance and return the person's ability to retain energy.

And very often it is after this that a person begins to move forward without coercion to himself, because there is strength for decisions, actions and changes, which previously simply did not have enough resources to implement.

Today, more and more people talk about internal conflicts as one of the causes of tension, anxiety and a sense of loss of oneself. How would you define an internal conflict? Where does it come from and how does it affect different spheres of human life? And where should you start working with him to form a mature and honest contact with yourself?

I consider a person as a multi-level structure, so internal conflict for me is not an exception, but a natural state until a person reaches internal integrity and consistency at all levels of his life.

Internal conflict arises when different parts of the personality, programs and energy information structures begin to move a person in different directions, depriving him of internal integrity.

Very often a person says that he wants change, but at the same time there are programs, beliefs or other deep processes within him that keep him in the usual scenario. It may seek financial prosperity, but at the same time feel an internal ban on money. May want a happy relationship, but unconsciously afraid of intimacy. May dream of realization, but feel the fear of being visible.

The result is tension, which people often perceive as anxiety, fatigue, self-doubt or feelings of losing themselves. In fact, this is a consequence of the fact that the internal processes of a person cease to act in concert.

That is why I believe that internal conflict rarely has only a psychological nature. In my practice, I see that it can be formed at different levels: through life experience, beliefs, traumatic events, generic scenarios, as well as through energy and informational influences that a person does not even always realize.

In my opinion, working with internal conflict should begin not with the struggle with oneself, but with an understanding of which forces today influence our decisions, thoughts and choices.

Only when a person begins to see the true reasons for internal separation, there is an opportunity to regain integrity. And along with integrity, internal support, clarity and the ability to move on one's own path without a constant internal struggle return.

You say that change does not begin only with actions or discipline, because behind the lack of results there are often deeper reasons ... internal scenarios and attitudes. This also applies to the financial sector. How do you think these scenarios are formed? And how can they affect the level of income and the ability of a person to realize their potential?

In my opinion, the results of our lives, including financial results, are rarely determined only by knowledge, discipline or professional skills. Very often they are controlled by deeper processes that are beyond the conscious level.

We make far fewer conscious decisions than we think.

Most people believe that the level of income is determined by the right actions, education or experience. Of course, all this matters. However, in my practice, I see that very often a person knows what needs to be done, has enough knowledge and even opportunities, but again and again reproduces the same scenarios.

I see a person as a multi-level energy information structure. Therefore, I believe that many life scenarios are formed not only through personal experience or upbringing. They are influenced by unconscious programs, generic scenarios, deep beliefs, as well as energy and informational influences that a person often does not even realize.

It is at this level that internal attitudes can be born that money is dangerous, large incomes are a threat, it is shameful to manifest itself, and success must be earned through constant suffering or struggle.

As a result, a person can sincerely strive for prosperity, but at a deeper level continue to implement a completely different program.

In my opinion, financial difficulties very often begin not from a lack of knowledge, but from the loss of internal resources. When a person's energy is constantly spent or not withheld, it becomes increasingly difficult for him to realize his ideas, make strong decisions, see opportunities and use his potential.

That is why in my work I start not with financial goals and not with the search for new earning strategies. I start by searching for the root causes that shape the current human scenario, and with the restoration of the internal resource. Because when a person's condition changes, his decisions change. And when decisions change, the whole trajectory of life, including the financial sphere, begins to change.

When we talk about energy, especially about a woman's energy, it becomes obvious that it affects almost all areas of life - from internal state to financial realization, career and personal relationships. Your "Energy Code" training deserves special attention. Tell me, please, what values are laid in its foundation? How does an intensive help women change their condition, energy level and, as a result, quality of life?

In my opinion, the female energy does not disappear. It becomes inaccessible when a person lives in survival mode for years.

When a person runs out of energy, he begins to live in survival mode. In this state, most of the resource is spent on struggle, control, overcoming difficulties and constantly solving problems. That is why it becomes more and more difficult for a woman to feel lightness, trust in life, inner harmony and the state that we are used to calling female energy.

I am convinced that female energy is not a separate sphere of life. It is the foundation on which relationships, self-realization, financial results, health and overall quality of life are built.

When a woman is in a resource state, she begins to make completely different decisions. She builds relationships differently, otherwise realizes her potential, sees more opportunities and begins to create a different quality of life.

That is why the foundation of my seven-week support "Energy Code" is not just working with energy. It is based on the understanding of man as a holistic energy-information structure, where the body, psyche, internal state, energy and life results are inextricably linked.

One of the main values of this accompaniment is that the woman begins to understand how she herself is arranged. She learns to see the causes of the loss of a resource, understand the mechanisms that affect her condition, and gradually regains her inner integrity and strength.

We don't just work with energy levels. We work with root causes, internal programs, scenarios, state and perception of ourselves. That is why for many women it becomes not just a learning, but a deep process of transformation.

And most importantly, a woman ceases to be a hostage to her circumstances. She begins to understand how to influence her own life through changes in her inner state.

After all, when a person's condition changes, his decisions change. When decisions change, actions change. And when actions change, its whole reality gradually begins to change.

What is the first, perhaps the simplest, but most effective advice you could give to those who are just starting to get acquainted with the topic of restoring their own energy resource?

If we talk about the simplest and at the same time the most valuable advice I could give, it would sound like this: start not with the search for new tools, but with the search for the real reasons for what is happening in your life.

Today we live in a world of vast amounts of knowledge. Someone starts with psychology, someone with coaching, someone with meditation, astrology, various practices or therapeutic approaches. And I believe that each of these ways can be useful.

However, my own experience has taught me one important thing: you can work with the consequences for years and never get to the real cause.

That is why today I start working with a person with the most important thing - with the restoration of his resource and the elimination of the causes of his loss.

In my opinion, it is impossible to build a new quality of life if a person loses more energy every day than he is able to restore.

Therefore, before looking for new goals, answers or strategies, it is worth asking yourself a simple question: where is my vitality going today?

Sometimes it is the answer to this question that becomes the beginning of the most important changes.

Because when the resource returns, a person begins to see what he did not notice before. There are forces for decisions, for changes, for implementation and for life itself.

And everything big, as a rule, begins with a return to yourself.
