A new interview and the first April DIGITAL cover on the pages of BOMOND VIP fashion - with the beautiful business lady Albina Izborh, founder of the Selvaggio fashion lingerie house, beauty space and Nails & Beauty School. The new story is about a choice that begins with the feeling of "I like it" and gradually develops into a business that forms women's confidence. "Lingerie is not just about aesthetics... it's about state," says Mrs. Albina, and in this phrase the essence of sensual philosophy is concentrated: through detail and professionalism to create an inner support for a woman.
We talked about the path in business without the "perfect moment", about the woman of our time, with a clear look and a soft heart, about motherhood as a source of strength and depth. We touched on the brand's philosophy, in which comfort becomes a new form of confidence, space, beauty, and learning. And, of course, about the main message that sounds between the lines of the whole story: "Listen to your heart".

Mrs. Albina, I am very impressed by your words that when you work with love and believe in your own business, it is impossible to stop. In times when light and darkness are intertwined especially closely, this view sounds extremely motivating. Please tell us what was the beginning of your personal path to the role of founder of several directions at once: underwear brand, beauty space and manicure school for masters?
My journey into business didn't start with a big plan or strategy — it started with a feeling. From a very simple and sincere: I really like it.
In 2018, I traveled by train through Italy, looked out the window, and that's when I thought clearly for the first time: I want my own underwear store. It was not an accidental idea - I always loved beautiful, high-quality underwear, brought it from different countries instead of souvenirs, I was well versed in fabrics, fit, details.
But after the store opened, I quickly realized that underwear is much more than aesthetics. It is about a woman's confidence, about comfort in everyday life, even about her inner state. That's why I went through brafitting training to professionally help women find "their" underwear - the one that supports not only the body, but also self-esteem.
Then everything developed very naturally. I talked a lot with clients, heard their needs, saw how important it is for women to have a space where they are taken care of comprehensively. This is how the idea of creating a beauty space appeared - a place where a woman can come, exhale, feel care and leave with the feeling: "I am important".
And the school of manicure was the next logical step. Because over time, I realized: I want not only to provide services, but also to create opportunities for other women - to teach, transfer experience, help them become financially independent.
To be honest, there was no “perfect moment” in my story when everything was easy. There were challenges, fears, responsibility. But it was the love for the work and the belief that I was doing something necessary for women that did not let me stop.
And, perhaps, this is the main secret of my path: when you work with love, you don't burn out, you grow.

What do you see as a modern woman? If you imagine that you are an artist and have to depict her on canvas, what features, internal and external, would this image be filled with?
If I painted a portrait of a modern woman, she would be above all - neat, stylish and collected. For me, it's not about external shine or perfection, but about self-respect, which is manifested in details: in a well-groomed form, a sense of style, the ability to present oneself calmly and confidently.
This is a determined woman. She knows what she wants, she is not afraid to make decisions and take responsibility for her life. She may doubt, she may get tired - but she does not lose her inner core.
At the same time, it is very important for me that a modern woman remains kind to people and caring for loved ones. She knows how to support, listen, create warmth around her. Because the real strength is not only in achievements, but also in the ability to preserve humanity.
Therefore, in my imaginary portrait, it is a harmonious image: stylish, confident, with a clear look and a soft heart. A woman who lives consciously values herself and at the same time gives light to others.

You combine many beautiful facets, among which - the role of a mother. What is motherhood in your life? What values do you feel the main?
Motherhood is probably the deepest and strongest part of my life. It taught me more than any experience in business or education.
I am a mother of two very different, but equally dear children. My special, sunny son, in whose upbringing a lot of energy, patience and unconditional love are invested. And the daughter is already an adult, independent, who is just starting her journey in life.
It was motherhood that taught me the main values - acceptance, endurance and faith. Because children do not need an ideal mother, they need a mother who is there, who supports, who believes in them even when it is difficult for them to believe in themselves.
For me, it is very important to cultivate inner resistance in children - so that they know their value, are not afraid to be themselves and know how to remain kind to people.
And another value that I feel very acutely is gratitude for simple moments. Motherhood teaches you to rejoice not only in great achievements, but in everyday things: conversations, hugs, the feeling that you are in each other.
For me, motherhood is not just about responsibility. It's about a very deep love that makes you stronger, wiser and at the same time much softer.
They say that beautiful underwear is not only about appearance, but above all about the internal state. Even if no one sees her except the woman herself, she changes her posture, movement, intonation, feeling of herself. Tell us, please, what philosophy do you put into your own brand of underwear Selvaggio?
For me, beautiful lingerie was never just about appearance. It's about the feeling of a woman inside - about her confidence, peace, contact with herself.
That is why the philosophy of my brand “Selvaggio” has a very simple but profound idea: underwear should work for a woman, not vice versa.
It should not compress, interfere with or force “adapt” to the standards. It should support it physically and emotionally. Give a feeling of comfort, freedom of movement and at the same time - inner femininity.
I always tell clients: properly selected underwear is like an invisible support. No one sees her, but she changes everything: posture, gait, even mood. A woman holds on differently, speaks differently, feels differently.
Another important part of our philosophy is the acceptance of difference. We don't have “perfect” figures and “imperfect” figures. There are different women, different bodies, different stories. And our task is to help everyone find something in which they will feel beautiful for themselves.
Therefore, for me, this business has long ceased to be just about selling laundry. It's about the state. About confidence. About a very quiet but strong feeling inside a woman: I'm fine, I like myself.

At a time when women live in a frantic rhythm, it is extremely valuable to have a place where you can stop, exhale and feel truly beautiful. You have created a beauty space that comprehensively cares about the appearance and at the same time about the internal state. Let us learn more about this area.
The idea of creating a beauty space was born very naturally — from conversations with women. Working with laundry, I listened a lot to my clients and noticed how often they talk not only about appearance, but about fatigue, tension, lack of time for themselves.
Then I clearly felt: women need a place where they can not just do procedures, but stop, exhale and feel care. This is how the beauty space appeared @selvaggio_bs
His main idea is a comprehensive approach. We care not only about the appearance, but also about the condition of the woman. Because beauty is not only about makeup or manicure, it's about an inner feeling of peace, confidence, harmony.
With us, a woman can receive several services at the same time, save her time and at the same time feel that she has really been taken care of. It is very important for me that each client feels not just the service, but the atmosphere of warmth, respect and attention to detail.
I always say: our space is not just about beauty, it's about the state of “I am for myself”. About the moment when a woman allows herself to stop, be in care and leave with a feeling of lightness, confidence and inner light.

Knowledge is a resource that builds confidence and opens up financial opportunities. You have created a manicure school that helps both beginners and experienced masters to develop and earn in the profession. What is the peculiarity of your learning approach and what transformation do your students undergo?
For me, a manicure school is not just an educational space, it is already a proven success story. I became its owner, and this gave me the opportunity to continue and develop what has been working for more than 10 years.
The peculiarity of our approach is in complexity. We not only teach manicure techniques, but also provide knowledge about working with clients, service, price formation and personal brand of the master. This allows both beginners and experienced craftsmen to earn and develop in the profession.
Another value of the school is support. Very often students come with doubts: “will it work?”, “can I?”. And the biggest transformation I see is not just technique, but self-confidence. They come uncertain, and leave with the feeling: I can.
For me, it is extremely important that school gives women not only a profession, but also an internal support, faith in their own strength and the freedom to build their own lives.
Your path in business deserves great respect. What advice would you give to those who are just starting to take the first steps in their own business?
My main advice: do what you love and do sincerely. Love for work is what gives you the strength not to stop even in difficult moments.
The second advice is to listen to yourself and the people around you. Your clients, team, even loved ones — they often tell the direction that will be the right one.
Don't be afraid to learn. Even if it seems that you already know everything, the world is changing, and knowledge is your main resource and support.
And yet: it's better to do something, even if it's not perfect, than to stay away. Any result gives either valuable experience or a step towards success.

I propose now to imagine that you and I are somewhere on the ocean shore ... And we have many postcards that we will send to every woman on the planet. What message would you write?
Dear girl, remember: You are important!!!
Don't be afraid to take steps, even slowly, and don't be afraid of mistakes — they are not defeats, but lessons that make you wiser and stronger. Self-care is not selfish, but a necessity. This helps to remain harmonious and preserve the inner light.
Laugh, love, dream and be brave - your energy is needed by the world. You are the most important light - it is inside you. Trust yourself, listen to your heart and do not forget that you are worthy of happiness, joy and love.
