Ms. Yuliia, your position that you strive to help as many women as possible believe in themselves, change their lives for the better and truly love themselves sounds very inspiring. Please tell us what was the beginning of your personal story as a fitness trainer, nutritionist, nutritionist and psychologist?


It all started with self-love. Out of desire to feel better, stronger, more confident.


Step by step, it grew into a deep study of the body, nutrition and psychology, and later into the business I live.


Today I'm helping others find their balance and their best version.



If you, as an artist, were to depict the image of a modern woman on the canvas, what would this painting be like? What traits, values and inner state would be inherent in this woman in your vision?


I would paint a woman who knows herself. Which does not adapt to the world, but creates its own.


Her values are freedom, development and inner honesty. And her state is energy, confidence and deep contact with herself.



Your activity as the author of transformation marathons deserves special attention. Please tell us what their main value is, how they pass and what philosophy do you put into this process?



The main value of my marathons is not just external transformation, but profound internal changes.



An important component of your approach is working not only with the body, but also with the mind. How do you explain this connection between a person's psychological state and his physical reflection? How much do internal attitudes affect the results we see in the mirror?


I work not only with the body, but also with thinking, habits and condition. Therefore, the participants do not just get the result on the scales - they learn to understand themselves, their body and build a new way of life without extremes and breakdowns.

Today we live in conditions of constant stress, which often affects eating habits, appetite and the general condition of the body. How do you think you can learn to control your appetite, maintain a healthy metabolism and avoid breakdowns even during difficult periods?


Stress affects appetite, so it's important to keep a balance: a regular diet, enough protein, water and sleep.


Control begins with understanding - where is physical hunger, and where is emotions.


Without strict prohibitions, but with a system and self-care - then there will be no disruptions.


Healthy nutrition is not about limitations, but about self-love and the quality of what we choose every day.



Behind your shoulders are a large number of real transformations and more than 1500 women who have already passed this path with you. Which result of your clients became the most impressive for you or the one that was particularly memorable?


It is difficult to single out one result, because behind each story there is great work and strength of spirit. But most of all I am inspired by those women who have despaired of themselves, and in the process of transformation they find love for themselves and a new quality of life. It's priceless.



Many people still believe that healthy nutrition is a limitation and a lack of pleasure. However, of course, this is not the case at all. Today I propose to leave for the readers of the magazine one of your favorite recipes, which proves that healthy eating can be not only healthy, but also really delicious and exquisite.


I would leave a recipe for a delicate salad with baked salmon: salmon, salad mix, avocado, tomatoes and a light dressing of olive oil and lemon juice. This is the perfect balance of proteins, fats and taste — a dish that gives both benefits and real pleasure.



Also the recipe for "Caesar" with salmon.


Ingredients for one serving:

• salmon — 150–200 g in raw form

• lettuce leaves

• quail eggs — 3-4 pcs.

• cherry tomatoes — 5-6 pcs.

• low-fat cottage cheese — 15 g


For the sauce:

• Greek yogurt or natural drinking - 2-3 tbsp.

• a clove of garlic

• mustard — 1 tsp

• salt, spices to taste


Preparation:

Cut the salmon into small cubes and fry in a frying pan without oil for about 7 minutes. Put lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes and quail eggs cut in half on a plate. Put the salmon in the center, grate the cheese and pour the sauce.
