Vlada Barinova: "Never betray yourself and your dreams"

Ms Premier World America 2025, influencer, model and owner of Viva Beauty Bar, a woman whose story opens the veil of internal coronation, motherhood, the backstage of business and a return to real self. The new chapter unveils the important words about the dignity, the courage to live her own life, the faith and the right of every woman to a bright fate in boundless love.

Mrs. Vlada, in your story there is a very close symbolism and for me: a girl who dreamed of the stage, and a woman who, having already become a mother of three children and a business owner, still came out on it and won the title of Ms Premier World America 2025 ... How do you feel this chapter of your life?

For me, this chapter of life is not about the title. It's about returning to the real self.

I used to be a girl who dreamed of a stage. But life led me the other way — through motherhood, trials, divorce, emigration, responsibility and daily work. I became a mother of three children, built a business, learned to be strong even when it was very scary and lonely.

And it was in this maturity, in this inner silence and awareness, that I went on stage again - not for the sake of approval, but out of self-love. This title has become a symbol of my profound transformation: when a woman does not give up her dream, but allows her to grow up with her.

I feel this chapter as spiritual growth, as an inner coronation. When you accept all your roles - women, mothers, businesswomen - and no longer divide yourself into "then" and "now". Everything becomes the only way.

Today I stand on stage not only for myself. I stand for women who think it's too late. For mothers who have forgotten their dreams. For those who are going through the transformation and do not yet know how strong it will become.

This is not the final. This is the beginning of a new, conscious, bright stage of my life! I am a very grateful and happy person!

You are a Ukrainian who has built her own life in America. It's not easy... What was the beginning of this story and what meanings did it leave in your heart?

I came to America with a simple and very sincere dream - to build a happy family. But after the divorce, my dreams were completely destroyed. At some point it seemed to me that my life was completely destroyed, and all plans flew to pieces. I was left alone with the reality, where you had to start everything from scratch and at the same time put your children on their feet.

This path was difficult and far from easy. People often ask me how I managed to get through this test. I just had no choice but to become strong. Today I am often told that I am a very strong woman, but in fact this strength in me was formed by love for children, faith in myself and inner decision not to break down, but to create a new life - with dignity, meaning and light.

America gave me not only opportunities, but also a mirror: it showed who I really am - a woman who can build, create, take responsibility for my life and even shine on the stage for others.

The most important meaning that remained in my heart is faith in myself and faith in God. I have taken away from this path the conviction that our roots are our strength, not our limitation. And wherever we are, we can always create our home, our own business and our own light - if we do not betray ourselves.

I am terribly impressed that in the crown you see not only the sign of the title, but also the symbol of the inner light of every woman. What is the portrait of a modern woman in your eyes?

For me, the crown is not about the title or the external brilliance. It is a symbol of inner light, dignity and courage to be yourself. A modern woman is one who has passed her trials, perhaps fallen, cried, lost, but every time she found the strength to get up and move on.

She doesn't wait for the perfect moment and doesn't look for permission. She knows that her value does not depend on circumstances or other people's evaluations. This is a woman who does not betray her dreams, even when the path to them is not easy. She knows how to combine softness and strength, femininity and character, love for others and self-respect.

I believe that every woman wears her crown inside. And my desire is to remind women: never give up, do not belite yourself and do not be afraid to go on your stage. You deserve the best of fate! Because the true queen is the one who allowed herself to live her life and shine even after the darkness.

In addition to the title and the stage, there is business, family and children in your life. How do you build this famous balance? And what, in your opinion, is the main rule of a woman who wants to combine external beauty with inner harmony and business realities?

For me, balance is not an ideal schedule and not a lack of fatigue. This is honesty with yourself and understanding of priorities. In different periods of life, different roles come to the fore, and I allow myself to be a living woman, not an ideal one. My family and children are my foundation, something that gives me strength and meaning to move forward in business and on the stage.

I learned not to be torn between roles, but to combine them. Being a woman, mother and entrepreneur is not a conflict, but harmony if you do not betray yourself. Beauty for me begins with an inner state: with self-respect, the ability to hear my needs and not to sacrifice inner peace for the sake of external success.

The main rule of a woman who wants to combine beauty, harmony and business is to remember that she is not a resource for everyone, but a value in itself. When a woman is filled, confident and lives in harmony with herself, her outer beauty becomes a natural reflection of inner strength.

What definition of motherhood would you give? What are the main values of raising children in your life?

For me, motherhood is the greatest responsibility and at the same time the deepest blessing. This is the way in which you learn every day to love unconditionally, to be strong even when you are tired inside, and to remain gentle when the world requires rigidity. Motherhood taught me a true presence — to be here and now, to hear, to feel, to instruct and to support.

In raising children, the most important things for me are love, safety and personal example. I believe that children do not listen to our words - they look at how we live. Therefore, I try to show them that self-respect, responsibility for their decisions and faith in yourself and in God are the basis of a happy life.

I want my children to know that they always have the right to be themselves, to dream boldly and not to be afraid of difficulties. I love my children! They are my best teachers!

My motherhood is about support, trust and inner support that they will carry with them into adult life.

Introduce us to your beauty salon. What is the history and philosophy of its creation?

The dream of making people beautiful has lived in me since my youth. I always felt a special joy when I could emphasize female beauty - through makeup, hairstyle, image details. For me, beauty has never been superficial. It has always been the language of self-love, a way to give a person confidence and light. I have always dreamed not only of making people beautiful, but also of being a worthy, beautiful example for them.

America became a country where this dream received a real space for realization. I am infinitely grateful to this country for the opportunities, for the freedom of development and for the fact that it has become a real home for me. At the same time, I never forget my homeland — Ukraine, which I carry in my heart and which I always support, wherever I am.

After the birth of my third child, I consciously took a step into professional development: I graduated from a beauty school, passed state exams and received all the necessary licenses to do business. It was a difficult, but very conscious path. My salon was born as a space where professionalism, aesthetics and respect for every woman are combined.

The philosophy of my salon is beauty with dignity. Beauty that emphasizes individuality, not masks it. A space where a woman is not only more beautiful on the outside, but also more confident inside.

By the way, today only Ukrainian women work in my salon. For me, it's not just a team, it's a community. I not only create beauty with my own hands, but also help our Ukrainian women and migrants realize themselves, find support, profession and confidence in a new country. For me, it is a special mission to support my own and give me the opportunity to turn talent and work into a real, decent life.

In your speech, you said that you want to inspire women who are afraid to take the first step and enter “on their stage”. What words would you say to women today? What message would you like to leave to everyone who reads this interview?

I want to say to every woman: never betray yourself and your dreams. Even if today it seems that the path is closed, that everything is destroyed and there is no more strength, it is at this moment that a new version of you is born. Don't be afraid to start from scratch. Don't be afraid to go on your stage, even if you've ever been taught to stand in the shadows.

Remember, you are stronger than you think. Your story matters. Your pain can become your strength, and your path can become an inspiration to others. The crown is not a reward from the outside, it is a state inside. It is dignity, self-confidence and the courage to live your life.

Let yourself shine like a star. Allow yourself to be visible. And never forget: every woman is born to live with dignity, love and faith in her own dream.
