March on the pages of the BOMOND VIP fashion magazine of the spring season is dedicated to the unconditional beauty and light that is always in our hands. The heroine of the new DIGITAL cover was Tetiana Lakiza, an injection doctor and founder of NOWA.
We talked about the beauty industry and the culture of self-care, about how important it is to choose yourself and stay in balance between the inner core and the ability to afford softness. About basic care and how impeccable classics always remain on the pedestal of choice. We talked about cosmetology and care cosmetics, about the best algorithms and tips for those who are just at the beginning of their own journey.

"Beauty is taking care of yourself every day," - it was with these words of yours, Mrs. Tetiana, that my first acquaintance with you began. And that's where I want to start our interview today. Tell us, please, how was the beginning of your personal history in the beauty industry before the role of an injection doctor and founder of NOWA?
You know, the beauty industry rarely starts with a syringe or a white sterile glove. It begins from the moment when a woman looks at herself for the first time more carefully than just in the mirror.
In my case, it was an interest in harmony. I wanted to understand how the human face works: not only anatomically, but also emotionally.
From this — training, practice, endless courses, and then your own clinic. NOWA was born from the idea that medicine can be not only about treatment, but also about a culture of self-care.

What is the portrait of a modern woman in your eyes?
A modern woman is not necessarily the one who manages everything. It is the one who knows how to choose what to pay attention to, and does it without feeling guilty.
She is strong, but not tired; caring, but not dissolved in others; ambitious, but does not lose softness.
Her beauty is in the balance between the inner core and the ability to allow herself weakness.
You work in a field where self-care and responsibility for your appearance are intertwined with medicine. What do you think is behind the true beauty? What role does internal discipline play in this, and what role does a professional cosmetologist play?
Behind true beauty is always internal discipline - and a small but wise external help.
Neither the cream nor the procedure will replace a woman's love for herself. But a good cosmetologist can delicately emphasize this love, make it visible, restore what time is trying to hide.
True beauty is dialogue: a woman takes a step towards herself, and the doctor takes a step towards her naturalness.

If we talk about basic care: what are the three most versatile and effective procedures at a cosmetologist you would advise women regardless of age and skin type?
I always remain a fan of basic, but impeccable classics:
Professional skin cleansing is what any care begins with.
Biorevitalization is moisturizing and restoring that always works.
Light hardware stimulation (RF, ultrasound) is a gentle strengthening that gives an effect without dramatic changes.
These are three whales on which the skin keeps its youth regardless of the passport.
Cosmetology is developing rapidly. What modern approaches, technologies or techniques do you consider the most promising today?
I am inspired by technology that respects naturalness.
Less filler — more biostimulants.
Less masking, more recovery.
Modern cosmetology is moving towards not changing the face, but teaching it to work better.
This is the future.

I think each of us at least once in our lives has been confused in such a wide variety of choices of care cosmetics and procedures. What is the best algorithm for actions to choose the best approach for yourself?
Very simple and extremely unpopular:
First diagnostics, then cosmetologist, and only then shopping.
Without skin analysis, cosmetics work as randomly as a book that was bought only because of the beautiful cover.
Many women dream of starting their own business, but they are afraid: they lack experience, confidence, finances. What is the first and most practical advice you would give to those who are at the beginning of a new path?
Let's start with what can be done today - without ideal conditions, a large budget and without the blessing of the universe.
Fear does not disappear before the start. He disappears after the first step.
And business is always a marathon of those who dare.

I propose now to imagine that you and I are somewhere on the seashore ... And we have many postcards that we will send to every woman on the planet. What message would you write?
“Be gentle with yourself. And brave, too.
Beauty does not appear suddenly, it grows with you. Take care of yourself as carefully as you do for those you love. And remember: your light is always in your hands.”
