The first DIGITAL cover of 2026 on the pages of BOMOND VIP magazine flourishes in the lead role with Ms. Orysia Fuchenko. A woman who won the heart of the publication, a manager with more than 10 years of experience. In the new interview, we will talk about a woman's ability to be strong without the need to prove it, about the true backstage of her career, about the tandem of professionalism and humanity. A new story about ethics and the ability to allow yourself not to be perfect.
It is also a great honor that today we are opening a new section in the magazine “Technologies and Business”. This chapter is about the courage to move on, about the experience and solutions we implement, about the unconditional combination of opportunities and modern technologies, about the willingness to explore and, of course, about the business, the main mirror of which remains people forever.

Mrs. Orysia, today you became the heroine of the new DIGITAL cover of our gloss. At a time when women create a new language of strength and elegance at the same time, what is the portrait of a modern woman in your eyes?
Modern woman for me is not about image, but about state. We lived for a long time in the idea of a "perfect" - impeccable in everything, always beautiful, always on top, ideal mother with perfect children, inspiring for her husband and the environment, with work experience, without luggage that makes her "diffult". But a modern woman is not obliged to comply with these stereotypes. She is brave in choosing herself, keeps essence next to ambition, knows how to be strong without the need to prove it.

She does not refuse softness, but does not allow to be confused with weakness. This is a woman who thinks strategically, cares about her inner content, about her body and education, about special people in her life, about healthy boundaries and meanings that remain after loud words. Her strength is not to be in opposition to the world, but in her ability to create new conditions according to her values.
Your path in the field, where until recently there were completely different views on who exactly plays the main role of the activity, seems to have become a challenge that you have turned into your own history of dignity. Tell us, please, what was the beginning of your personal history to the role of a manager with more than 10 years of experience?
Since childhood, I have been interested in how people negotiate and find solutions in work and business. It was always natural for me to explain, organize, support others. And so my journey began with such curiosity, I learned how systems, teams, processes work, how an idea turns into a product. Organizing people, keeping the focus on the result, while maintaining respect and humanity is my zone of strength. Over the years of working in a field where other leadership models dominated for a long time, I learned not to break myself into a format, but to develop my own, although it was not easy. For me, a career is a story about responsibility, endurance, learning, mistakes and the courage to move on, and especially about people, thanks to each of whom I have the opportunity to become better and we exchange experiences and grow together, which gives constant challenges, but also new meanings.

In the IT world, where everything is often measured by algorithms, what is your view of the tandem of professionalism and humanity, strength and sensuality?
For me, technology and business are always about people, not just about logic and money. I believe in a tandem of ratio and empathy. I see professionalism as structure, responsibility and the ability to make it all human. To be able to see the needs of the team, speak honestly, hear, support - it is often even more important and I sincerely worry about everyone. The combination itself gives a result that cannot be achieved by algorithms or robotic, as I call it, processes - when nothing personal, just business. I am sure: the future of IT lies with leaders who know how to count and feel, are not afraid of changes and are ready to take risks, explore and implement new technologies and approaches quickly.
I really like the words you left in one of the posts: "The greatest luxury is not things. It's the courage to build a better version of yourself every day.” What definition of inner freedom would you give?
For me, inner freedom is when you live not from the expectation of "as it should be", but from the choice of "how it feels right for me and whether it does not harm someone". For me, it is the courage to grow, admit my mistakes and draw conclusions, not to betray my own values for the sake of quick victories or acceptance by the environment. This is daily hard work, where luxury is the right to be yourself and become a better version of yourself step by step, day by day. For me, the most difficult thing is not to give up when I see past mistakes, but to find acceptance and understanding for myself and the environment, to grow and move on.

Today, technology is intertwined with ethics. What do you think true ethics can look like in the world of artificial intelligence?
Ethics in the field of AI for me is the responsibility for the decisions we implement. Technology can enhance human capabilities, but it is important to remember that behind each tool is a person who determines its vector. Ethical artificial intelligence is transparency, respect for data, inclusiveness and a focus on the benefit of the user, not just on efficiency. This is about progress not ahead of humanity. And here the responsibility lies with each of us who work with such technologies.
If you could address every woman who is on the verge of change ...what would you say to her, what words would leave?

Growth is a challenge, not fragrant baths and affirmations, as is popular on the Internet, although it will not hurt either, but it will definitely not be enough. Great changes are born from the decisions we make and implement step by step. It is not necessary to know the way for the years to come - the main thing is to take the next step, if possible, to lean on the environment and allow yourself to get help. Choose yourself, support yourself, do not devalue the path you have already taken. I used to look at my results too critically - only with time did I realize that I had already done more than I thought. So I can say with confidence that when we allow ourselves not to be perfect, but human and alive - there is an inner space for growth, we accept ourselves, and this is already a big change. And the world reacts: it begins to reveal new opportunities, because we are able to realize and conquer them, and this is ok, if not the first time.
