"Don't ask for forgiveness for your dreams"
A notary with a Ukrainian heart in the United States, a professional who for more than two decades keeps the most valuable thing a person can have - trust and time. Today, Nadiia Gryb is not only a symbol of legal accuracy, but also an example of how in every business you can remain real, human, inspired, turning your profession into an art.
From the state of Florida to the hearts of Ukrainians all over the world ... it continues to create meanings where law and humanity meet.

Mrs. Nadiia, today you became the main character of the cover of the BOMOND VIP fashion magazine in the project "Woman of Modernity". Tell me, please, what is the image of a woman in the modern world in your eyes?
A modern woman is not an image, it is a state of mind. It can be strong and gentle at the same time. She makes decisions, creates businesses, saves lives, raises children, supports other hearts - and at the same time remains herself. A modern woman does not try to be perfect — she is real, sincere, with the right to make mistakes and the right to win. For me, a modern woman is a woman who has an inner core and at the same time is able to empathize, feel, love.

A notary with a Ukrainian heart and a professional license from the state of Florida, in love with her own business for more than 20 years ... your story is inspiring. What was its beginning? Why did the role of a notary become the main one in your vocation?
My path began in Kharkiv, back in 1997, when I first started working in the field of notary. And in 2007 she opened a private practice. I quickly realized that a notary is not just about signatures and seals. It's about trust. About human stories that pass through your hands. It is a daily responsibility and constant presence in the most important moments of other people's lives. I didn't choose this profession by accident - it was her who chose me. And in all these years I have never regretted it.
I really like your view that true expertise comes with experience and is earned every day. Introduce us to the 10,000-hour theory, why did it become part of your journey?
This theory says that in order to become a true expert in any business, you need to consciously devote 10,000 hours to it. I believe it 100%. On the outside, it may look like a routine, but in fact it is a deep indentation, constant growth, precision that you polish every day. I didn't count the hours, but I know for sure: over the years of my work, this figure has been exceeded more than once. And this gives me confidence in every decision, in every signature, in every consultation.

Today dictates its own rules and the service of a remote online notary ...professional, reliable - worth its weight in gold. What services are currently most in demand?
Online notary has become a real salvation for people who live abroad or cannot come in person. Especially for Ukrainians in the United States who need to apply for documents for action in Ukraine. Most often, I help with the registration of powers of attorney, applications, children's exit permits, affidavits. All this can be done completely remotely, but at the same level of professionalism and legal force as in person in the office. My goal is not just to put a signature, but to make the process understandable, comfortable and error-free.
We live in a time when light and darkness, ups and downs are closely intertwined. What is your personal secret of balance? How do you keep the light even in the darkest times?
My light is my family, my work and the feeling that I am needed. I always hold on to simple things: delicious bread baked with my own hands; sincere eyes of a client who has finally found a solution to his problem; a conversation with his daughter; a Ukrainian song that touches the soul. I believe that everything in the world makes sense - even difficulties. And the light is preserved when you do not allow darkness to enter your heart.

I propose to imagine that today every woman on the planet will receive a postcard from you with a message. What words would you like to write?
You are not an accident. You are a force. Your tenderness is also a weapon. Don't wait for permission to be yourself. Love. Cry when you need to. Laugh whenever you want. Don't apologize for your dreams. Mind your own business. Your path is unique, and it already matters. Thank you for being here.
