Today, the project "Modern Woman" in the BOMOND VIP fashion magazine is blooming with new colors in the lead role with Mrs. Liliia Stadnik. President of the Integration through Art Foundation, owner of the art studio, artist and artist, whose vocation certainly remains the desire to help find joy through creativity.

“The point of life is not to wait for the storm to end, but to learn to dance in the rain.”

Vivian Green

“In these words, all of me. I don't expect circumstances to be perfect. I act, dream, create - even "in the rain", - says Mrs. Liliia.

In the new interview, we will find ourselves and the main point: “You are the artist of your own life. Your dreams are important.”

Ms. Liliia, I'll be honest, I was really looking forward to our interview. For me, art is a story in which we see ourselves, without embellishment, plunging into a world where the line between reality and dreams is erased, in the most beautiful sense. Tell me, please, what was your first meeting with art? How did your personal career as an artist begin?

You know, it seems to me that my encounter with art took place even before I learned to consciously learn about the world. My mother always laughs that I started "speaking" in the language of drawings earlier than words. As soon as I learned to walk, I immediately found any surface to leave a trace there: chalk on the asphalt, colored pebbles near the house, decorated stairs in the entrance. For me, it was not a mischief, but a real need - as if the whole world was asking me to reflect it in my own way.

At the age of seven, my mother took me to an art studio, and it was an extremely important moment. I studied there for ten years, and it was a real school of life, not just art. I was lucky to meet incredible teachers who revealed to me different dimensions of creativity: drawing, painting, macrame, weaving, batik, pottery... Each of these trends was like a door to a separate universe. I learned to see beauty in the smallest details - in the glare of light on clay, in the movement of the brush, in the rhythm of knots on the cord.

At that time, creativity became for me not just an occupation, but a way to know the world and myself. Each new lesson, every work was an adventure, a discovery. And since then, art has always been with me, it is my voice, my language, in which I can speak to others without words.

Through creativity, we touch our inner stories, find peace and new strength. What changed in your own worldview when you saw that art is able to fill, reveal emotions and, without exaggeration, change life?

You know, for me it was a discovery to understand that art does not just create beauty, but can change the very state of mind. It has become my way of finding peace when there is chaos around, and strength when it seems that there are no more resources.

Art heals hearts, unites different people and helps to find the courage to be yourself.

Every job is a frank conversation with yourself. Because of colors and shapes, I can live what words can't always say. And it's amazing that this energy is transmitted to others: someone finds joy in my paintings, someone warmth or support. It's an incredible feeling to see creativity become an invisible bridge between me and people.

Art allowed me to honestly look into myself at joy, doubts, pain and inspiration, and at the same time find light in it. It has become my therapy, my meditation, my path to freedom.

The way I look at people has changed. Now I see that every person is also a canvas full of shades and hidden plots. Art taught me mindfulness, sensitivity to details, to silence, to pauses between words.

And perhaps the biggest discovery for me is that art can really change lives: it heals hearts, unites different people and helps to find the courage to be yourself.

Today, a woman combines the incredible ... she creates, educates, inspires, builds her own world and helps others not to get lost in the whirlpoom of events. How would you describe the image of a modern woman? What would her portrait be like?

For me, a modern woman is a synthesis of strength and tenderness.

She knows how to be a support for others and at the same time remain vulnerable, without losing her inner beauty. This is a woman who builds a family, a career, and her own world, but does it not because of a desire to prove something to someone, but through a deep love of life.

I see it as a multi-layered canvas: it has shades of wisdom and experience, bright flashes of passion, thin lines of dreams and a great bright spot of faith. Believe in yourself, in people, in a better future.

The image of a modern woman is not about ideality. It's about the harmony between giving and at the same time leaving space for yourself. This is a woman who inspires with presence, is not afraid to show her emotions and boldly moves forward, even when the path is not easy.

If I painted her portrait, it would probably be very multi-colored: it would have soft pastel tones, bright saturated strokes, and deep shadows, because true beauty is in diversity, in a combination of strength and fragility.

Your master classes deserve special attention, in which sincerity, creativity and bright intentions build a special perception of creativity. What moment became the brightest memory for you, the happy frame that still lives in your memory?

The brightest moments of my creative activity are always connected with people. It seems to me that during master classes something more than learning happens - trust, frankness and very vivid energy are born there.

I am often hugged by children after classes, they literally cling to me, as if I had opened a small new world for them. At such moments, I feel that art is not just paints and paper, but a real space of love. Teenagers are generally incredible, they fly to me with such openness and even call me "mom". It is a great honor and responsibility, because it means that they feel warmth, acceptance and security next to me.

But I was especially impressed by the case recently: a woman over fifty came to the watercolor master class. She first tried to draw (in the technique of watercolor) - both on dry and wet paper. At first she was cautious, even insecure, but in the process it seemed to reveal the inner light in herself. And when she looked at the result - her eyes glowed like a child's. She came up to me, burst into tears, literally torn on my shoulders and thanked me for a long time for the therapy she felt. Her words: "After your classes, my world becomes colorful and calm" After that, my wings grow!

These are the happy frames that live in my memory. Because at such moments I understand: my vocation is not only to create myself, but also to share this light with others, to help people find harmony and joy through creativity.

You work with children, and these are always important steps towards a beautiful future. What do you see as the most important meaning of your own mission?

For me, working with children is much more than teaching them to hold a brush or mix colors. It is about helping each child discover their inner world of beauty, creativity and faith in their own strength. I always feel that children come to classes not just to "draw", but to look for themselves - their light, their voice, their language.

The real magic of communication takes place in the lessons: children not only get to know each other and exchange thoughts, but also create a common space of inspiration. Watching this is an incredible pleasure. Sometimes I myself feel like a teenager next to them - sincere, open, in love with the world. It's a very pleasant feeling.

My mission is to be there at the moment when the child takes his first step in creativity. After all, that's when she learns courage: not to be afraid to make a mistake, not to stop before a "stain", but to turn it into something new and beautiful. And it's not just about painting, it's about life.

When a child realizes that even failure can be turned into something beautiful, he grows up confident and open to challenges. Because every child is not yet a written canvas. And if you help a little, it will certainly become a real masterpiece.

I propose to imagine that now you and I are somewhere on the seashore, over a cup of coffee ... write pictures to every woman in the world and leave a few words on the postcard. What words would you like to say?

If we were sitting on the seashore now, listening to the sound of the waves and drinking coffee, I would say to every woman:

Don't be afraid of the light that lives inside you. Give it an outlet in colors, words, thoughts, in everything you create. You are already the artist of your own life, and even the smallest stroke of your heart makes this world more beautiful.”

On the postcard I would write:

“Believe in yourself, love yourself and remember: your dreams are as important as the paints on the canvas. Don't be afraid to make mistakes, because even a mistake can be part of a masterpiece.”

I dream that these words are like a ray of sunshine after the rain - warm, gentle, life-affirming. So that every woman feels: she creates her own world every day, and her inner light is able to inspire others. Because each of us is like a picture that is worth seeing, protecting and loving.
