“No matter what they say around you, believe in yourself. Because it is your belief in yourself that changes everything.”
Today, the main character on the cover of BOMOND VIP fashion magazine is a woman who embodies many beautiful roles. We talked to Kateryna Mykolaievska about kindness and self-belief, about her creative path and the ability to give meaning to everything you create. About choices and losses, about family values and femininity that is ready to change the world.

Kateryna, I would like to start our interview with words of gratitude for being a true inspiration. I really like it when the attitude to life becomes a manifestation of love for it as an art. Whether it's family, music, or being a marketer. How did you start your career?
My professional journey began in 2015, when I was still a student and decided to try myself in a new field for me - content management. At the time, it was more of an experiment, an attempt to find myself. But from the very first steps, I was fascinated by this profession. It opened up a new world for me, combining creativity, strategy, analytics, and continuous development.

I immediately plunged into my studies: dozens of courses, hour-long consultations with practitioners, case studies, immersion in marketing, consumer psychology, and the digital environment. It was a period when I literally lived my business. I didn't just want to know more - I wanted to become better.
Over time, my skills led me to work with leading Ukrainian and international companies. I had the honor of working with well-known brands, including 1+1 Media, Domino's Pizza, as well as show business stars and business owners. Each of these collaborations added depth to my experience. These were not just projects - they were stories in which I put a part of myself.
Today, I work not just with numbers and strategies - I work with meanings. It is important for me to create not only digitized SMM strategies. It is important for me to inspire, search for and discover the true voice of the brand, fill it with content that will impress, inspire and unite people. I believe that every brand is a living story. And my task is to help it sound.
In my vision, women of today, without exaggeration, become diamonds with countless facets. We combine what seems impossible to combine. We decorate, create, love, build and broadcast true love. How do you see the image of a lady in the modern world?

A lady is not just a style or manners, it is an inner state. This is a woman you want to listen to, watch and imitate.
She inspires - with her wisdom, energy, depth. She lights sparks in the eyes of others, touching hearts with her words, deeds, or just her presence.
She is different. She is able to easily and harmoniously move from the role of a mother to the role of a partner, from a wife to a confident businesswoman. And in each of them she is real.
A modern lady is not just about aesthetics, she is about creation. She does not wait - she creates space, meanings, projects, herself.

I would like to pay special attention to charity, which has become an integral part of your life. What are your “wings behind your back” in helping others? What values have become your foundation?
My “wings” are my belief in the power of goodness, my sincere desire to change the world, and my conviction that helping others is a manifestation of the highest humanity.
My path in charity began with visits to children in an orphanage. We played, hugged, and talked. I will never forget how a child whispered, “Can I call you mom?” That's when I realized that even an hour of warmth can become a whole universe for someone.
Later, the father of a boy with SMA turned to me for help. He needed to raise 2.3 million dollars for the Zolgensma injection. It was a lot of work, I created a plan, involved show business stars, TV channels, radio stations, offline and online activities, and we did it - together with my husband, volunteers, business, and the media. Today, Mykyta is alive and undergoing rehabilitation, and this is the collection I am most proud of.
After the outbreak of full-scale war, I helped the 95th Brigade - I launched fundraisers, ran social media. I could not stand aside.
My foundation is humanity and sincerity. I believe that goodness has the power to change reality. And if everyone did at least one good deed, the world would be a better place.
Your family is beautiful. I feel in my heart that family is your greatest value. And at the same time, you look so gorgeous as a businesswoman. What is your personal secret to such a desirable harmony?
Harmony is a myth. In a world where you have dozens of roles, responsibilities, and tasks on your shoulders, perfect balance is an unattainable formula. If you see a picture on Instagram of a perfect mom who does everything and looks her best, you should know that this is only part of the truth.
My life is not about the perfect combination. It's about choices and losses.
If I am immersed in work, I lose time with my children. If I am completely with my children, something remains undone. Sometimes I work late at night, sometimes I wake up with the first rays of the sun. This is the reality I live in.
My secret is a flexible balance that I have learned to accept. This is a period of my life when everything happens at the same time, but I am learning to keep my balance in this flow. Not by trying to be perfect, but by being present where I am needed most.

In order to stay close to my children and keep the family warm, I created simple but important rules for myself:
Close the computer when my son asks for a hug. He needs to know that he is more important than all the deadlines. But at the same time, I teach him to respect my work as well, explaining when he needs to wait a little longer.
Family Sunday. Every Sunday, I turn off my work phone and devote the day to my family. There are no exceptions.
Family traditions and common hobbies. We cook together, bake delicious cookies, ride bikes, go fishing or mushroom picking. These are our little rituals that create memories and strengthen our bond.
My harmony is not about perfection, but about awareness. In the ability to be honest with myself, to live every moment and create something real - in my work, in my family, in myself.
I really like your attitude to each project as a separate story where you can create something new, inspire and be inspired. Regardless of the direction, each of us, one way or another, faces ups and downs, fears and obstacles. What advice would you give as a businesswoman to keep that fire inside?

First of all, you need to know exactly what you want. Not what is expected of you, not what is “fashionable” or “right,” but what truly resonates with you. This is your compass.
The second thing is to believe in yourself. Even when no one else does. When there is silence, doubt, or criticism around you. Believing in yourself is the light that keeps the fire burning inside.
And the main thing is to move on. Even when it seems that you are standing still. Even when it's dark, scary, or you just don't have the strength. Movement is life. Even the smallest steps bring you closer to the bigger things.

I often repeat to myself:
“My steps may be small today.
But they are part of a long journey.
And one day, when I reach my goal,
I will be grateful to myself for them.”
This is my way of keeping my fire alive. Not to chase, not to burn out, but to walk - honestly, confidently, in my own rhythm.
Let's imagine that right now you are going to go on stage and have the opportunity to address every woman in the world. What would your speech be like? What words would you want to say?
If I were to go on stage right now and have the opportunity to address every woman, I wouldn't talk about who you should be.
I would remind you of who you already are.
You are strength. You are softness. You are depth, tenderness, and unbreakability in one heart.

Dream. Wish. Learn. Take steps boldly. Improve yourself - not for someone else, but for yourself.
You are unique.
You are valuable.
You are the one who makes this world a better place.
And no matter what anyone says around you, believe in yourself.
Because it is your belief in yourself that changes everything.
So go forward. Go with an open heart.
Shine. And be happy.
