Iryna Rusnak: «Your life is the «cinema» that is spinning in your head»

The new interview is not about career trajectories and not about age limits. This is a conversation about a woman who built a new architecture for herself on the ruins. Medicine and fashion today do not oppose each other, but dictate new scenarios, where the accuracy of science meets the aesthetics of the podium, and thorns are transformed into femininity.

Iryna Rusnak is a model, businesswoman, ambassador of our magazine, who headed the column «The one who writes her own laws». A woman who became the heart of the publication and the light despite all the storms of the world.

Mrs. Iryna, your story is an example of how two seemingly parallel realities ... medicine and fashion so perfectly find their own manifestation in one person. Tell us, please, what was the beginning of your story and in the role of a business owner in the medical field and in the context of the model world?

My story in business and fashion is not about sudden success, it’s about what started 29 years ago. Then my husband and I created a family and began to build our business literally from scratch, collecting it piece by piece. For 27 years, we were one: we made decisions together, grew up together, and took care of a common cause together. And we have built a successful enterprise in the field of wholesale trade in medical equipment and medical goods. It was a real family foundation, and our work became our area of service to the people.

However, after the death of my husband 2.5 years ago, my world, which I knew, collapsed. At that moment, I didn’t just want to do business — I didn’t even want to live. It was the zero point for me. But it was at this point of absolute pain that my main quantum leap took place. It was then that I heard God’s words to me «My daughter, don’t cry, I am with you, my love for you is boundless, I gave you life and if you want, you will see all the great and beautiful that I have for you.» The same laws of love and creation that I had read so much about in the Scriptures began to be opened in my heart. I realized that I had to live on, but in a completely different capacity. That’s when my passion for quantum mechanics, neurophysiology, and epigenetics began. Modern science only confirms what I simply believed and felt with my heart - we are a creation of Love, we have the nature and spirit of God and we are not just observers - we are the creators of our own reality and our eternity. My main credo is that a person’s life is such that cinema is in his head. And since then, my cinema has changed from tragedy to triumph.

The transformation began when I decided to change the internal projection. My return to business and my entry into the world of fashion are not different realities. This is a manifestation of my new neural network: where pain has melted into feminine strength, and professionalism in the medical business has been complemented by the aesthetics of the catwald. Today, I’m not just managing a company, I’m creating a reality where the health of the body and the beauty of the spirit are the only field of energy.

If you were writing a book about a woman in the modern world ...What would her image be in your eyes?

If I were to write a book about a modern woman, it would be a story not about external achievements, but about internal architecture. The title of this book might sound like this: «The one who writes her own laws.» And that would be a book about me. Because I would like to share exactly what really works and has an impact on life.

The image of a woman that I chose for myself and that I would discover in the book is the image of the Conscious Creator. She knows the main secret that confirms both science and spiritual truths: the world around her is only a mirror of the cinema that is spinning in her head.

I think the main facets of my heroine are as follows:

1. It is free from «alien scenarios»:

God has promised us a time when the laws will be written in our hearts, and she lives according to this inner compass. She does not wait for permission from society to be happy or start a new career at any age.

2. It has its own biology and energy:

A separate chapter in my book would be devoted to the culture of caring for the body as a temple of the soul. My heroine understands: in order to broadcast high vibrations, her biological system must work flawlessly. She does not expect mercy from nature, but takes responsibility on herself:

• She studies biohacking, consciously selecting nutrients and vitamins for each cell of her body.

• She is disciplined: training in the gym for her is not only about form, but also about character and endurance.

• She chooses the harmony of science and naturalness and skillfully uses the possibilities of modern cosmetology, and weekly visits to the cosmetologist and massage are her obligatory ritual of self-respect.

3. It combines strength and coherence. She understands neurophysiology: each of her mornings begins with a choice of thoughts that create new neural connections. For her, female strength is the ability to transmit endless love even through trials, turning pain into wisdom and chaos into harmonious business.

This book would be about the fact that a woman is an energy that is able to change matter by the power of faith, knowledge and self-love.

I really liked your words that the world is a mirror of ourselves. What advice would you give to those who are afraid to change their lives, who postpone their own dreams «for later», believing that it is too late?

The word «late» is not an objective reality, it is only a limiting belief, one of those old programs that we are used to scrolling in our heads. As a person who is interested in neurophysiology, I know for sure: our brain is neuroplastic to the last breath. We can create new neural connections and change our destiny at any time.

My main advice to those who hesitate: it gets too late only when you make such a decision yourself. If a woman decided inside herself that now is the time to flourish, then the whole Universe begins to work at her request. This is the law of quantum mechanics in action: the observer determines the state of the system.

When, after 27 years of happy marriage and business together, I was left alone, my mind could say, “It’s over.” But I chose another “cinema”. I decided that this was not the end, but the beginning of my new transformation.

What I would advise you to do right now:

1. Change the focus of attention. Don’t look at what you’ve lost or missed. See what new version of yourself you want to create. Remember: where attention is, there is energy.

2. Trust in God and the power in yourself. Believe that the laws of love are already written in your heart. You already have everything you need to take the first step.

3. Start with the body. For example, when you are afraid to make big steps in business, start from the hall, taking care of your nutrient balance. When you feel the power in your own body, your brain receives a signal: “I can! I’m in control of my life.”

Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Create it yourself in your imagination, and your physical reality will not be sitinating with the answer.

You have been in the medical field for over twenty years. What does true professionalism in this field mean to you and how has this experience influenced your vision of beauty, health, feminine strength?

More than twenty years in the medical field have taught me that true professionalism is a combination of mathematical accuracy and high ethics. Although my business is related to medicine, my first education is a mechanical engineer of liquid rocket engines (physical engineering of DNU). It was physical education that tempered my mind: it taught me to work with huge amounts of information, to be plastic in solving any problems and to see the structure where others do not see it.

My second education in the field of personnel management helped me build a strategy where people are the main asset.

My path in medicine is the history of constant learning “in the field”. We started from scratch, and I personally studied the market, the needs of hospitals, the technical characteristics of the equipment. But my main guideline has always been not only profitability, but conscience.

For me, professionalism is based on three pillars:

1. Ethics and honesty: My principle is to do everything as for the Lord. This means absolute honesty and quality. For all the years of work, we have not let down a single client. I can confidently look into the eyes of every partner with whom fate brought me together.

2. Trust of international level: Today we cooperate with large international organizations and foundations. Their high appreciation of our work is a confirmation that Ukrainian business can be reliable and transparent.

3. A holistic approach to health: This experience influenced my vision of beauty and strength. I am sure that health is not just the absence of diseases, but an established system where medicine helps the body, and the inner state (the same “cinema in the head”) heals the soul.

For me, female strength in business is the ability to be both firm in fulfilling obligations and soft in relation to people, while maintaining purity of heart.

Your appearance on the podium of Ukrainian Fashion Week is a real symbol of the fact that a new start is always possible. What emotions did you feel when you first stepped on the professional podium? And what does this moment mean to you personally?

The emotions of that moment just tore me from the inside! It was an absolute delight. You know, after years in a serious business where you are constantly responsible, this exit has become my personal holiday.

I loved the fact that hundreds of people’s eyes were on me. I felt every cell of my body and was delighted with it - the way it responds to my care, its strength and elegance. At that moment, I felt incredibly beautiful.

It was a feeling of absolute happiness: “I could! I did it!” These were the best, most vivid emotions of joy imaginable. And most importantly, this state did not stay there, on the podium. These emotions live in me now, they have become part of my new reality. When you once allow yourself such a level of manifestation and admiration for yourself, your “cinema in your head” becomes colorful and victorious forever. The podium became a point for me where I once again felt the taste of life at full capacity.

What do you think today determines the true success of a woman?

For me today, true success is defined by one word - authenticity. It is the ability to be yourself, not to pretend, not to play a role imposed by society or circumstances. True success is when you are honest in your emotions: whether it is boundless joy and delight of your own body on the catwalk, or sadness or doubts in moments of trial. When you are honest with yourself, with God and with people, this is the highest victory.

I would like you and I to write a few lines now for every lady in the world who may be at the crossroads of their own decisions, experiencing changes, or have not yet taken such an important step ... What message would you leave?

Dear ones, remember: your life is that “cinema” that is spinning in your head. If you decide that your time has passed, so it will be. But if you decide that it is never too late to be happy, loved and successful, the whole universe will support you.

1. Don’t be afraid to start from scratch. I know what it’s like when the world collapses. But it is on the ruins of the old one that we build something much more majestic.

2. Take care of yourself. Your body is your tool to make your dreams come true. Invest in it, love it, study its possibilities.

3. Be honest. Do not be afraid of your vulnerability, because in it is hidden the greatest strength.

God has written his laws in your hearts – trust this inner voice. Take this step, even if it’s scary.

Do it not because you have to be better than someone else, but because you finally allow yourself to be Real. The world is waiting for your unique energy!
