A new interview on the pages of the BOMOND VIP fashion magazine - with the heroine of the DIGITAL cover Hanna Holovko, a candidate of medical sciences, a gynecologist and a doctor of "ANTI-AGE". A woman who forms a modern approach to women's health, to the quality of life, freedom and self-love. "My mission is to be close to a woman at all stages of her path," says Ms. Hanna, discovering the depth of the profession, which combines science, experience and a sincere desire to help.

In this conversation, we talked about a personalized approach, about hormonal balance and body signals that cannot be ignored, about aesthetic gynecology as part of self-care, femininity and conscious motherhood planning. This interview is about a woman who knows how to hear herself, about responsibility for health and about choosing to listen to her own body.

Ms. Anno, I am very happy with our interview today. I will be honest, you are the first woman, a candidate of medical sciences, on the cover of BOMOND VIP and I sincerely thank you for that. You are a doctor with many years of experience, a scientific degree that forms a modern view of women's health. Tell us, please, what was the beginning of your history in medicine and at what point did you realize that obstetrics and gynecology are the work of your life?

Thank you for such words - it is a great honor and responsibility for me. My path into medicine has been conscious since childhood. I have always felt a deep respect for the profession of a doctor, for its power to change life. But it was obstetrics and gynecology that chose me, probably before I realized it.

The first years of practice were a turning point. When you stand in the delivery room and see the birth of a new life, it is impossible to describe it in words. You understand that you are touching something sacred. And at the same time, you work with a woman in the most vulnerable moments of her life. It was then that I realized: my mission is to be close to a woman at all stages of her journey.

How do you see a portrait of a woman in the modern world?

A modern woman is multifaceted. She can be strong and at the same time gentle, ambitious and deeply sensitive. She builds a career, gives birth to children, creates a business, changes countries and worlds. At the same time, she learns to hear herself.

I see a modern woman conscious. She is no longer ashamed to talk about health, hormones, sexuality, psycho-emotional state. She wants not just "not to get sick", but to live fully - with energy, beauty, inner balance.

Today, gynecology goes far beyond classical treatment. It is about the quality of life, hormonal balance, a woman's self-esteem, her self-confidence. How do you think the role of a gynecologist has changed in recent years and what does the modern approach in this area mean to you?

The role of the gynecologist has been radically transformed. If earlier it was mainly reactive medicine — to treat an existing problem — today it is preventive, personalized and complex work.

A modern doctor is not just a clinician. This is a partner, a mentor, sometimes a psychologist. We work with hormonal balance, metabolism, stress, lifestyle. We explain, support, build trust.

For me, the modern approach is evidence-based medicine + the individuality of each patient. There is no "standard woman" - there is a specific story, a specific rhythm of life, specific needs.

The topic of hormonal failure often sounds in space and at the same time causes a lot of fear and confusion. What should actually be considered a hormonal imbalance, what body signals cannot be ignored, and when does a woman really need to consult a specialist?

The concept of "hormonal failure" is often used in a very generalized way. In fact, these are clear violations in the work of the endocrine system, which have their own laboratory and clinical criteria.

Signals that cannot be ignored:

Irregular or painful cycle;

Sudden changes in weight without an objective reason;

Hair loss;

Chronic fatigue;

Skin problems;

Decreased libido;

Mood swings, anxiety.

If these symptoms last more than 2 to 3 months, this is a reason to consult a doctor. The main thing is not to engage in self-diagnosis and not to prescribe hormones yourself.

Today, aesthetic gynecology is actively developing and becoming part of women's conscious care for themselves. What are the newest methods now used in your practice, which of them are the most popular among women and what requests do patients address most often?

Aesthetic gynecology is not about "fashion", but about comfort, functionality and quality of life.

In my practice I use:

Laser and radiofrequency techniques for tissue restoration;

Intimate plasma therapy;

Contour plastic;

Correction of postpartum changes;

Procedures for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence.

The most common requests are dryness, discomfort after childbirth, decreased sensitivity, age-related changes. It is important that women are no longer afraid to talk about it.

They want to feel good — and that's completely natural.

The topic of motherhood for many women is very sensitive. For those who are just planning a pregnancy, there are often many worries and questions. What should a woman pay attention to at the planning stage to understand that the body is ready for pregnancy? And if pregnancy does not occur at the desired moment, what steps do you advise to take first?

Planning a pregnancy is about responsibility and care.

Before conception, it is important:

Undergo a full gynecological examination;

Check the hormonal profile;

Assess the level of vitamin D, ferritin;

Normalize weight;

Minimize stress;

Correct chronic diseases.

If pregnancy does not occur within a year of regular life without contraception (or 6 months after 35 years), you should consult a reproductologist. The main thing is not to blame yourself. Modern medicine has many opportunities to help.

I propose now to imagine that you and I are somewhere on the seashore... And we have many postcards that we will send to every woman on the planet. What message would you write?

I would write:

"Dear woman,

You don't always have to be comfortable, perfect or strong. You have the right to be alive. Take care of yourself as much as you take care of others. Listen to your body, it is wise. Don't put off your health for later.

You are worthy of love, care and respect - especially from yourself.
