The psychology of the catwald is rarely talked about. And today I want to reveal this topic in the context of unusual ideas, bypassing stereotypical stereotypes.

The show is unconditional creativity. It is becoming deeper and deeper than the perception of a new collection, the appearance of models or glossy posters.

“In a certain sense, the screening is a theater, or the shooting of a film and practically without the right to a second take. It seems that behind the scenes even time feels different and all your experience, despite dozens of appearances on the podium, remains inside, losing to excitement, in a good sense of this feeling. One second to exit ... the first step ... and you leave everything behind, you step forward where you should be, with your head proudly raised.

Before showing yourself, you should always rely on simple things: no expectations, no nerves, only breathing and body. Personal mode, without extremes: sleep, nutrition, rehearsals, movement.

Do not compare yourself with others, you are where you should be and this time is yours. The main thing is not to "play a model", but to be yourself in the context of the brand. Showing is not a struggle, but accuracy. And love for the process is the only strategy that works unconditionally.
