In reality, where beauty acquires new meanings, what we create becomes a manifestation of a woman's support in her most important days - this is the story of the heroine of the new DIGITAL cover of BOMOND VIP fashion. To be there in moments that matter, to give emotions that remain in the heart and to emphasize the natural beauty so that the image is truly elegant.

Zoriana Karpyshyn is a professional make-up artist who creates soft glam images for brides and special events in the United States. "The real glow always comes from the inside," says Mrs. Zoriana. In the new interview, we talk about a path that begins with admiration and transforms into a profession, where each image is part of a special story. About the woman of modernity and the aesthetics of soft glam as an art of delicacy, about trends that gravitate towards naturalness, and principles that remain unconditionally unchanged.

Mrs. Zoriana, today before our interview, I remembered the words of Coco Chanel: "When you are full of sadness, disappointed in love - do makeup, the best hairstyle and attack." In the modern world, makeup has long gone beyond cosmetics and has become a manifestation of beauty that reveals different facets of women. What brought you to the path of a professional make-up artist who today confidently creates soft glam images for brides and special events in the USA? At what point did you realize that this is more than a craft?

My journey began with a simple admiration for beauty and how makeup can change a woman's mood. I have always seen in it not only cosmetics, but a way to emphasize individuality. At some point, I realized that for me it was more than a craft — it was an opportunity to give women self-confidence. Especially when I work with brides or for important events, I feel like I'm creating not just makeup, but part of their story.

If you, as an artist, painted a canvas on which you would depict a woman of the modern world, what would she be like? What character traits would you emphasize? What makeup would be inherent in this heroine? And what emotion would you like to convey through this image?

I would portray a woman as strong, but at the same time gentle. She is confident, self-sufficient, but not afraid to show her sensitivity. Her makeup would be elegant and natural - radiant skin, a soft look, a slight accent on her eyes or lips. Through this image, I would like to convey the main emotion - inner harmony and self-confidence.

Makeup is always a tandem of modern solutions and classics that is out of time. What trends, in your opinion, determine 2026? And what aesthetics, what techniques or principles remain the same basis regardless of the season and fashion waves?

In 2026, we see a trend towards naturalness: radiant skin, soft textures, minimalism and the so-called “skin first makeup” and of course “Smokey eyes”. Gentle soft glam images that emphasize natural beauty are also popular. But regardless of the trends, the basis is always high-quality skin preparation, correct technique and balance in the image.

Your professional path deserves respect, especially at the intersection of the realities of the present, when the world is not always filled with light, but you continue to move confidently and beautifully in your own business. What advice would you give to those who are just starting a career in the field of make-up?

First of all, constantly learn and practice. It is very important to develop your own style, but at the same time be open to new techniques and trends. And another important thing is to believe in yourself and not be afraid to start small. Every great master was once a beginner.

You work with brides and create images for special events, and this is always a responsibility and great trust. Was there an image in your practice that was most memorable? Perhaps because of the emotion, transformation or the story of the woman herself?

Perhaps the strongest emotions are always associated with brides. I remember a bride who was very worried and almost cried before the ceremony. When we finished the image and she looked at herself in the mirror, her eyes filled with joy. At that moment, I realized that my job was not only makeup, but also support for a woman on one of the most important days of her life.

Soft glam is delicacy and balance. What, in your opinion, is the fine line between natural elegance and overloading the image?

Soft glam is about balance. The main rule is to emphasize, not hide, natural beauty. When makeup looks easy and harmonious, it enhances facial features, rather than competing with them. It is this delicacy that makes the image truly elegant.

I propose now to imagine that you and I are somewhere on the ocean shore ... And we have many postcards that we will send to every woman on the planet. What message would you write?

If I could send a postcard to every woman, I would write:

Remember that your beauty begins with the way you treat yourself. Be brave, be gentle, be yourself. Makeup can emphasize your beauty, but the real radiance always comes from the inside.”
