A woman who destroys all possible stereotypes and perceptions. She proves that the combination of different facets, sometimes flawless, sometimes not perfect, but at the same time real, becomes the basis of happiness in an unconditional sense.
Ines Balanchy is the heroine of the digital cover of the women's magazine BOMOND VIP fashion. Model, artist, businesswoman, face of the French perfume brand Juliette Espinasse Dubois... We will talk about femininity and the thorny path to a dream, about the values and the MIDAS MODEL project, about star fashion shows and the inner potential of a woman.
We live in a time when women in this frantic rhythm of life are not just inspiring. They become a manifestation of many facets, while remaining in the main role of their own lives. How do you see your own role?
I have a multifaceted role in my life. I am a mother, a teacher, a student, an inspirer, a creator and a preserver, and in some ways a destroyer. The world is twofold and everything in this life has its facets and sides.
A question that our readers love...If you could address every lady in the world right now...what would you like to say?
I would like to say that happiness exists and is within us, we just need to learn to distinguish it from many factors and appreciate it.
Your path is truly inspiring. Not everyone can carry their dreams through the years and realize them. What was this experience like for you? Were there moments when it seemed that nothing would work out?
Experience is always a thorny road. It is very difficult to start from scratch when many people around you do not believe in you, when the environment is prone to stereotypes. But I realized one truth - you need to look for a foothold only in yourself, and your inner core can only be grown on self-love and self-acceptance. As strange as it may sound, it is precisely some negative emotions that, if transformed into positive ones, help you to achieve and achieve, to prove to others and, above all, to yourself that you can do it. That's why my journey started difficult. I am a rebel, a white crow, and this is the path of a warrior.
t is a great happiness to do what you love. And it's even happier to create a space that will become the foundation for many women's dreams to come true. Tell us about your project MIDAS MODEL.
I graduated from two Ukrainian modeling schools: Galina Burnysheva's school and Yana Kozlovska's school.
Two years before the war in Ukraine, I was a creative director, working model and teacher of fashion show at Yana Kozlovska's school. When the war started, I had to leave for Latvia and opened my studio Midas model.LV.
This is my project, in which I do not strive to make a model out of a girl, although this is a priority, but I try to reveal in girls their inner potential for femininity, grace, self-love, and self-admiration.
I believe that everyday life eats away at these necessary qualities for our self-esteem, both in young and mature girls. And it's useful for young people to learn how to do this and to straighten their posture. This is a generation that doesn't move much, and femininity is losing its colors. In our studio, there is not just a catwalk show. It is the ability to wear accessories, walk in long dresses with trains, put on and take off outerwear on the catwalk, defile beautifully on the stairs, different types of posing points on the catwalk and different types of steps. Photo posing also includes many disciplines, such as elements of stage skills, yoga, intuitive dance, hand plasticity, the ability to pose in front of the camera, and various types of photography.
I created a hobby studio where you can develop harmoniously. My best students take part in advertising photo shoots for Western fashion magazines and participate in fashion shows in France, Italy, and the AOE.
I also dispelled the myth that it is impossible to learn catwalk fashion online. My students know how to learn online. I prefer small groups or individual lessons. In this format, you can teach both online and in the studio.
Life is fascinating with both ups and downs. What was your happiest moment? What was the most life-changing moment?
The happiest moment is when you feel confident, relaxed, and don't really care about the opinions of others. The happiest moment is when you realize that your happiness is no longer a moment, but a permanent internal state.
Do you remember your first fashion show? What advice would you give to girls who are just at the beginning of this journey?
Of course, the very first appearance on a professional catwalk. It was in Dubai in 2020. A 120-meter catwalk, spotlights and professional TV filming, huge screens where you are shown, Hollywood actors, the royal family, AOE, artists, designers, and the elite beau monde of Western countries, famous designers, directors are looking at you in the hall. I demonstrated Michael Lombardo's bows, he sews leather suits for Beyoncé and Madonna.
In general, every time I walk the runway, I feel a sense of celebration, happiness and victory. Of course, participation in fashion shows in France as part of the Cannes Film Festival. I was also over the moon when my very first publication as a model and my own fashion stylist was published by the famous French magazine Malvie magazine, and they even offered me a cover with my photo. Believe me, western magazines will never publish a photo for any amount of money if it doesn't fit the magazine's concept or doesn't meet the quality format.
I would advise girls who have started modeling to make up their minds about what they want to achieve. This is the main thing, you have to be motivated. And, of course, to go firmly towards the goal.
