What does "female realization" mean to you today, when reality is much more complex than the clichéd formulas "to have time for everything"?
"Women's realization today is having the courage to be yourself."
Just be and do what you really want.
If you want realization, act. If you don't want to, that's fine.
If you want to build a business or a career, great. You want to be a housewife - great.
The main thing is to honestly admit to yourself what you want and say it to your partner so that both of you are comfortable.
Implementation is not about form, but about honesty with yourself and harmony within relationships.
You are perfectly able to work with meanings and give projects depth. Can we say that women's realization begins with the conscious filling of one's own path with meaning?
Yes, I believe that the female realization begins with the content.
It is born from awareness and answers to the questions: "Who am I?", "What am I?", "What do I want to be?" As soon as a woman finds these answers, a fire is lit in her. And then her true path begins.
Because any action without meaning quickly burns out, and the meaning fills.
A woman who feels her “why” stops running in shape and begins to create from the depths.
Its implementation is not about proof, but about creation.
With meaning. With love. With reliance on yourself.
And it is from this state that true strength is born - quiet, but very tangible.”
It is often said that a woman should "balance" between all roles. But maybe it's not about balance, but about the art of choice? What is your opinion on this?
I don't believe in balance in its classical sense.
It is impossible to keep up with everything, it is impossible to be perfect in everything - and those who try, burn in this pursuit of the ideal and eventually lose.
Therefore, for me, it is not about balance, but about the art of choice and honesty with myself: where I am needed most now.
I can tell my son, "I have to work now, but we'll definitely play a little later."
And I can also say to customers: "On Sunday I have a family day, I turn off the phone." This is the law.
Because the real balance is not about control or schedules, but about acceptance and limits.
About awareness, when you don't try to make it everywhere, but to be where you need it most.”
In society, "right" scenarios are often dictated: how to look, how to build a career, what kind of mother or wife to be. How do you see the story of a woman who refuses to live with other people's expectations?
"First she may be bullied, she will be laughed at - and then she will be admired."
Because if a woman has found herself, she is no longer interested in the expectations of others.
Dear woman, know: you are the personification of strength, softness, tenderness and courage.
You give life, create big projects, take care of the home, support loved ones, inspire - and cry when no one sees.
Know that the world needs you now more than ever.
The one who laughs at the little things. The one who dances, even when it doesn't get into the beat. The one who loves to sing in the car, but is afraid of the stage.
Imperfect, real, alive.
The world needs a happy you.
Take care of yourself, don't forget to rest, don't be afraid to say: "I'm tired, I need help."
Find time for yourself, your hobby, for movement, for silence.
Because only being filled can you fill others.

What do you think will be the main marker of women's realization in the next decade?
Women have been chasing equality, strength, and influence for so long that in this pursuit they began to forget the truth that makes us unique.
Society has imposed that softness is weakness, and a quiet, calm voice is a lack of confidence.
They say, you have to run faster, speak louder, prove more.
But I believe that now is the time to slow down and remember the true power of a woman.
She doesn't have to compete with men. Her voice will be heard if she hears herself - when she knows who she is and what her strength is.
The female realization of the future is when a woman becomes herself again.
No masks, no competition, no need to be "right".
Her strength lies in softness, her influence lies in her presence, her realization lies in the feeling that she is living her life.
This is the era when a woman allows herself to be: strong and gentle, rational and sensual, professional and alive.
And it is this harmony that will be the most accurate indicator of true realization.
