In a profession where the result is used to being evaluated by reflection in the mirror, the heroine of the new July Digital cover of BOMOND VIP fashion speaks primarily about sensations. Inna Mykhanchuk, an art master, owner of a beauty salon, and founder of the "Energy of Reincarnation" project, is convinced that true skill begins where external transformation becomes a continuation of internal choice. In the new interview, we talked about the modern culture of beauty, professional responsibility, the main trends of 2026 and the balance between craft, creativity and man. “I'm sensitive to people. After all, beauty is always about contact," says Ms. Inna.

Mrs. Inna, today I would like to start our interview with your words, which impress me very much: "Do not wait for a better moment, it has already come." Tell us, please, what was the beginning of your personal story as an art master and owner of a beauty salon? Why did you give your heart to the beauty industry?
My journey in the beauty industry began very early — when I was 19 years old. And it wasn't a story, “I knew it was mine right away.” It was a path of search, mistakes and a great desire to realize.
I went through all the stages - from a master who is just learning and doubts himself, to a person who today manages the salon, teaches others and creates his own work systems.
Why beauty?
Because for me it was never just about hair. It's about the state of a woman. About how she looks at herself in the mirror.
And at some point I realized: I don't just want to make it beautiful — I want to influence the feeling of a woman inside.

If you, as an artist, painted a portrait of a modern woman, what would this image be? What traits, character and internal states would be inherent in a woman that you would depict on the canvas?
If I painted a portrait of a modern woman, it wouldn't be perfect. And that's where his strength was.
This is a woman who can be different: strong and vulnerable at the same time.
Who knows how to take responsibility for her life, but is not afraid to feel.
It has depth. There is experience. There is a choice.
And most importantly, she no longer tries to be “comfortable”.
She allows herself to be herself.

Your project "Energy of Reincarnation" deserves special attention. I like that you do not position it as life-changing, but as one that precedes the choice of the woman herself. Please tell us more about this project: what is its philosophy and what is its value for women?
For me, this project is not about “changing life in one day”.
It's about creating a space where a woman can stop and look at herself in a new way.
I deliberately do not promise change.
Because real change begins only when the woman herself is ready for them.
We give impetus, state, support.
The choice is always hers.
And there is respect in that.

Today, finding a cause that is really close to the heart is practically like finding your own treasure. But on this path, many are faced with fears: to manifest themselves, to declare themselves, to take the first steps. What key advice would you give to those who are just starting their history in the beauty industry?
I will be honest: fear will always be there.
There won't be a moment when you're completely ready.
There will be no ideal conditions.
My main advice is not to wait.
Start with what you have now.
Do it even when it's scary.
And build your confidence through action.
And it is also important not just to learn technology, but to learn to think.
Because a strong master is not just hands, it's the head.
It is very felt that it is important for you not just to change the appearance, but to reveal the individuality of a woman. What, in your opinion, helps a woman to feel and show her uniqueness through her external image?
Uniqueness is not created – it already exists.
The problem is that very often a woman muffles it: expectations, fears, other people's standards.
And my task as a master is not to “make it beautiful”, but to emphasize what is already there.
Sometimes it's about changing color or shape.
And sometimes about conversation and support.
Because when a woman begins to see herself, everything changes.

What trends in the field of beauty (haircuts, dyeing) are on the pedestal of 2026? And at the same time, what classic solutions are out of trend and are always relevant?
Today's trend is naturalness and quality.
— live, well-groomed blondes
— complex but soft color transitions
— hair that looks healthy, not “reworked”
But there are things that are always out of trend:
— clean work
— hair quality
— individual approach
Because you can do it trending, but not hit a person.
And then it doesn't work.

The beauty industry is much more than technical mastery. It is about creativity, interaction with people, development and the ability to keep a balance between business and internal resources. How do you manage to combine high professionalism with sensitivity to people and not lose yourself in this process?
It was not an easy path for me.
Because at some point I tried to pull everything: to be an ideal master, leader, mentor.
And that leads to exhaustion.
Now I'm more about the system and balance.
About delegation.
About understanding where I am most effective.
And at the same time, I remain sensitive to people.
Because beauty is always about contact.
But I don't lose myself in it anymore.
Because I learned to keep the support in myself.
