Ms. Didkovska, let's imagine that every woman in the world can hear you now. What message would you like to leave?
Don't be afraid to be yourself - real, unique and sincere. We often idealize images and try to conform to standards, but the true beauty lies in uniqueness. Don't be afraid to express your emotions, even if it is perceived as a weakness, because this is where the strength lies. Don't be afraid to move forward, even if it's scary, because today you can overcome anything if you really want to. Be sure to take risks, but take them carefully.
Trust yourself, your feelings and your intuition. Choose the right environment. This is not easy, but it is a very important factor in our lives.
We are all different, but it is in this diversity that we can find our unique strengths.
A woman who combines the roles of businesswoman, wife, and mother is always so beautiful. What was your path to balance in all areas?
It was a long way - a path of trial and error, acceptance, and self-discovery. I found the balance only when I realized that I needed to delegate work and home tasks. A successful woman is not about being tired, but about a woman who is happy and has a healthy family. Each area has its own rhythm, and it's important to learn to accept different situations.
It's normal to be completely immersed in work one days, and to choose time for your family and yourself the next. Balance is what success is all about.
Can we talk about your life's work?
My life's work is my brainchild, INDI NAILS, and it all started when I was 12 years old when I looked at women's hands and dreamed of beautiful nails, and when I was 12 I started doing my own manicure.
A year later, I had a dream to help women feel beautiful, well-groomed, and confident. Working as a manicurist, I saw how changes in appearance can lift your mood, inspire you, and give you confidence. My work is not just about beauty, it's about confidence and a smile because every woman deserves to be cared for and feel special. One of the main principles in my business is quality and honesty - I always try to put product quality first, because I know that women trust me, and it's a big responsibility.
A woman in business. Some people admire it, some are skeptical, some doubt it, and for some, it is the only way. What kind of woman are you in business? What advice would you give to those who are just starting out abroad or in Ukraine?
For me, business is a way to realize my passion and be independent, but it is also a challenge and a school of life. Being a woman in business means proving every day that you are strong, determined, and worthy of respect.
For those who are just starting out, I would advise them to always believe in themselves, not to be afraid of failure, not to listen to people around them who do not inspire, to focus on the goal and not to give up. Yes, it can be difficult, but when the situation is leveled, it's the coolest drive, because you realize that you have done it and you can do even more.
Success rarely comes instantly, but when you constantly work on your goals and put your heart and soul into what you do, it doesn't take long. Believe in your uniqueness and don't be afraid to stand out - it will make you stronger.
We live in a time of great turbulence and fast pace. How do you avoid losing yourself?
It is important for me to have time to recover and listen to myself. I try to find time for the things that bring me real joy, whether it's socializing with friends or spending time on my favorite hobby. Every woman should learn to say “no” to herself in order not to burn out and save energy for the most important things. Remembering your values, not chasing other people's standards, and staying true to yourself.
This summer you celebrated your 22nd anniversary with your husband.
A date that shatters the judgment “love lasts for three years”...
For me, my family is a support, love, and strength that supports me in everything. My husband and I have been together for over twenty years, and every year I only realize more and more the value of the strong relationship we have built. It is about understanding, support, and respect for each other's interests. Over the years, we have learned to go through ups and downs together, to support and inspire each other. For me, love is not about perfection, it is about a great desire to build a comfortable future for ourselves and our children together every day, it is about understanding and caring for each other.
You look great. What are your daily rituals?
My daily rituals are simple but very familiar to me. I always pay attention to skin care, both in the morning and in the evening, and I also pay attention to healthy eating. I'm trying to love sports, but I still need to work on it. And at my age, I can't do without a beautician.
On New Year's Eve, we believe in fairy tales even more and try to create them ourselves. What does this time look like for you?
For me, New Year's Eve is an opportunity to look back at the past year, spend time with my family, and create an atmosphere of joy for children. This year has been challenging for all of us, and especially for our country. I would like to wish Ukraine strength, unity and victory. May everyone in the New Year find hope, joy and faith in a better future. And may it be a time when we can all create our own little fairy tale, wherever we are. I wish peace and tranquility to every family, faith in ourselves and in our goals.
